Went today with our 8 year old and 17 month old. They both had a wonderful time. The price for little ones I think is a little high but watching them both have so much was worth it. And yes you do have to buy socks but that's a one off price as you keep them. We got stuck by a train crossing so was a bit late and the lovely girl on the counter moved my son's session back so he wouldn't miss any time bouncing. We can't wait to go back!!

We had our sons 5th birthday party today and I was more than impressed by what we got for the money. All the children loved it and our son is still on a high hours after it all finished. From beginning to end our host Don was amazing. He gave clear instructions to the children and attended to all our demands with speed. I would say that Jump In definitely delivered more than expected and it helped create an unforgettable day our son and his friends will remember for years to come. A massive thank you to all that played a part in making this a very special day.

We had our end of season football party here today. I'd just like to thank all the staff who were extremely helpful and attentive. Big thanks also goes to Jake our party organiser. Nothing was too much trouble.

Pizza and drinks were plentiful and delicious. We'll definitely be back again. The kids loved it. Thanks guysÔŅĹ

We had my daughters party here today, a group of 4 - 6 year olds. Shaun was our host and he was very attentive to the needs of all the group. Everyone had a great time and organisation was slick and professional. Do beware of some hot water in toilets (there are signs but in case of little ones) but I would highly recommend the venue and staff. Thanks for making it such a good afternoon ÔŅĹ

We had a party here yesterday for our sons 13th birthday. Jesse was our party host and the whole thing, from start to finish, was really smoothly organised. Jesse came as soon as we arrived and sorted the kids out with socks and wristbands. They then watched the safety video and went for their 1 hour jump. While they were jumping Jesse made sure there was plenty of squash for them to drink if they got thirsty and checked that we were ok and happy. As soon as the kids had finished jumping, their slushies were ready waiting for them and we went straight upstairs to the party room.

Jesse bought the pizzas in only 3 minutes after the children sat down so there was no sitting around with nothing to do, and the kids didn't get a chance to get bored or restless.

The whole party just felt well planned and slick, and we didn't have to do a single thing.

I would highly recommend jump in for a kids birthday party, and Jesse as a fabulous host. Thank you

Thank you to the supervisor today for the lovely care of my boy who sprained his ankle minutes into his jump session. He’s wobbly on his feet because of CP so it’s normal for us to deal with, but it makes what ends up being quite sad for him because he’s missing out bearable when staff help out with something that can’t be avoided. Thank you. We’ll be back again and hopefully this time stay upright x

Thank you for a fantastic party for my son... We had a lot of trouble getting his party sorted with jump in but finally it happened, jump in went above & beyond to help my son have the party we originally booked, Lucy was brilliant with us all & nothing was too much trouble, we have a very happy birthday boy so thanks again xx

My son's had their party there and the staff (Jake and Callum) couldn't do more for the children always making sure everything was just right. Very hands on and incredibly helpful. The children had a great time. Thank you for making their party so amazing

My little boy Lewis has just had his 7th birthday party here with some off his school friends,I can't rate this place enough the staff were amazing from start to finish,our party host Kendal was fantastic she looked after all children while they were on the trampolines,Defo be booking another party here soon ūüėä

My 10 year old daughter thought the staff where friendly and kind, it was nice and clean. As a parent thought it was good value for money, facilities where clean and tidy, well maintained, staff where helpful, liked my daughter as a first timer had a health and safety briefing so she was safe on the trampolines. Will be going back

Just had a party for my son here and it was the best party ever, my son said it was the best party he‚Äôs ever had, his friends said it was the best party they‚Äôve ever been too, Jake who was our party host was fantastic, he took care of everything and constantly checked that we were ok and if we needed anything, we will definitely be back and totally recommend anyone who‚Äôs considering a party here to do it you won‚Äôt be disappointed. ÔŅĹ

I had my son's 9th birthday party here tonight and they LOVED it. The staff were fab, place was immaculately clean and the kids loved it. The themed party rooms are great and the DJ on a Friday night was great and the children could put in their song requests.

The pizzas were also brilliant - food is normally the downfall for so many venues but the pizzas were fresh and gorgeous.

Second son has already said where he is having his party next April!

Anna had a great birthday party with 11 friends and even mum and dad bouncing! We all had a brilliant time and the food and service was top notch. Thanks so much to our host Layla, she was great with the kids and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back soon. Tim and Lesley.

Absolutely fab evening last night with the wrekin riders gang , Kids really enjoyed it (i am talking about the men of course) the real kids had a blast too . Very well organised and very friendly staff well worth a visit

Not happy with our visit at all.

Paid full price for 2 teenagers to go and jump including socks, go with my gran, mum and daughter for a sit down and chat up, only to be told I have to pay £8 for my under one year old to play, bear in mind she plays for 5 minutes gets tired then goes back for like another 10. I honestly think it's ridiculous!

Also went and bought 2 lattes, cake, and a fizzy drink - cake was dry and crispy on the top from where it had obviously been on the side for hours

The lattes got filled half way and when pointed out that it was half way the man serving us picked up both cups and poured one in the other to even them up, also the counter side we wait at for our drinks was filthy and hadn't been cleaned, was sticky from old drops of tea.



Safe to say we won't be coming back.



UPDATE; The general manager, Duncan messaged me and offered a free jump, and we went back today and I can safely say we were more than happy this time! Duncan came to talk to us about his price rates and what they're doing to lower it, he was very accepting of the fact that we didn't have a great time last time, and apologised profusely.

The counter was clean, the staff were friendly, we got offered a free drink. Lovely experience this time around, my daughter loved jumping and the soft play - she even got to go into the foam pit! And my brothers had a brilliant jump!

We will be coming back again, and hope that when we come and pay again that the toddler prices will be better. ÔŅĹ

Had a great time (3 of us mums with an under 5 each) 2 hours for £8 was well worth it. Our only grip was the gate on the under 5 area did not self close so ppl kept leaving it open so we had to stop little runners! Also some very big children in the tot area too

First visit to this park on weds and the staff were fantastic and friendly. My 10yr old son had 2 hours and said its the best one he's been to so far and he's hoping for a birthday party there too. Only thing to prevent a 5star review this occasion was the café, long wait for hot drinks, well I say hot walked all the way back to the only spare chairs in the toddler area and had to take cold hot chocolate back it was like cold dirty water with no flavour. Long wait for a replacement so my drink was cold when I returned with my daughters as she had toddler playing so I never got one.

Very pricey for what it is really the offer of £5 after 5pm should be on in the holidays to, i went yesterday and we went to buy a drink at 5.40pm to be told the cafe was now shut?? My daughter wanted a slushi for when she was nearly finished on the trampolines ( it wouldnt be melted then ) so at that time we went to buy a drink but no couldnt buy anything very bad practice i then noticed that the slushi machines were turned off at 5.55pm and the lights on the fridges? Nowhere was there a sign saying this cafe shuts 20 mins before we close? Not good really next time (if there is a next time) ill bring my own drinks so my daughter is not boiling hot and in need of a drink.

Lovely place. Unfortunately we came today and it was boiling in there. We saw advertised on fb there was air con so thought it would be perfect for the kiddies but it was really hot even before doing any jumping. When I asked a member of staff if the air con was on we were told ‚Äúyes but it‚Äôs rubbish as we‚Äôre basically in a tin can‚ÄĚ



Lovely staff and amenities but very very hot. Wouldn’t recommend going in the summer
