We visited again today and have been so impressed with the staff. One of the staff even took my youngest on to the trampoline and introduced him to the other staff members as he was feeling nervous. Our best visit yet. Also, all facilities were clean and they serve the best coffee!!

User

We love it here my older daughter goes on the teen nights and I often visit with my 10 year old and and a friend. They always come home exhausted!! Staff are always friendly and welcoming. The seating area is kept clean enough and when I have bought food from the cafe it’s good especially the cakes!

We’ll definitely be returning

We have just come back from a joint 5th birthday party for my son and his friend. Our party host, Letitia was brilliant! She entertained the children on the trampolines, ensuring that every child was happy. During the food time, she ensured the pizza was kept warn and nothing was too much trouble. She is a really great, friendly and genuine person - perfect as our host! Thank You!

User

Visited on Saturday, had an amazing time kids absolutely loved it, staff were really polite and helpful at all times. Would definitely visit again and would recommend to everyone too.

User

Took my two boys today for the first time.

What a great two hours we had, it was amazing. At first I was a bit sceptical when they said that only one person can go on the trampoline at a time. I thought it would take the fun out of it, I was very wrong. Me and the boys had the best time ever.

User

This was my 5th visit here. Twice with adults and 3 times with young children. We had 1 really bad experience, 3 average ones and then today. Usually part of the reason it was not good was the staff. However today was the opposite and it was mainly due to the staff. All 4 I encountered today were really good however one stood out. Nikisha (apologies if I've got that wrong, she was the young lady overseeing the arena at the toddler session this morning) was the best member of staff I have encountered here by a mile. She was friendly from the start, great at talking to the adults and the kids, reinforced the rules whilst still being aware that the children were very young, cordoned off an area that was being repaired, removed some water from the under 5 area (looked like it was coming from the roof?) Was brilliant with one parent whose child did not want to use the trampolines today, and covered the whole arena on her own like a hawk. She was aware and alert, knew where everyone was at any one time and made sure everyone was safe. All of this may just be her job, however I have rarely seen it done here half as well as she did this morning. Kudos to this young lady for representing you so well, I hope she is as appreciated by you as she deserves to be. For the first time ever I'm looking forward to coming back!

My son had his 9th birthday party at Jump In, Warwick. They were the first group of children to go into the new dome and they absolutely loved it.

The dome isn’t open to the public just yet, but make sure you go along and check it out when it is. It’s mesmerising!

The pizza was declared delicious, as were the burgers and chips.

Nothing was too much hassle for the staff there.

Special thanks goes to Jordan for everything he did to ensure the children (and adults) had a fantastic time.

My reflection on GoJumpin: After initially booking two jumps accidentally on disco Friday and being informed that it was for 12-20 year olds (27 isn't quite in that age bracket ) they rapidly credited our account. I phoned today and was asked if it was for under fives, I responded informing the staff member both me and my friend were considerably older than 5, they were able to successfully book us in. After signing our lives away we were invited to watch a very uplifting safety video approximately set to 3500 decibels, describing how likely we were likely to suffer fatal and life changing injuries. On the way out I walked into a bench, which didn't surprisingly flag my possible lack of competence to jump. I feel I may age 300 years overnight. Me Jumping into the foam pit was akin I suspect identical to watching a drunk woodlouse trying to escape whilst on its back in quicksand even when you are flawlessly demonstrated how to use it by two small children who somewhat are effortlessly chimp like. Jumping on to the inflatable bit requires significant amounts of courage, a quality that both of us didn't quite possess. After demanding that a staff member demonstrate that such moves were actually possible, as she gracefully and rapidly exited the zone, I decided that rather than bounce over the giant gap that will apparently cause instant death if we land on it, somewhat more terrifying when you have severe depth perception issues, I decided to have a go much to my friends amusement, I landed about 5mm from the edge. Crossing the zone (you have to exit to the other side) involves considerable co ordination, a skill we are very much novices at anyway on flat land anyway. On the 10th attempt, I was able to stand up, bracing myself with my arms and legs out like an angry sumo wrestler (visually I can't imagine it looked much different) I managed to hot foot it to the other side. Doing so in even a half dignified manner requires people to possess Jesus like walking on water capabilities, a superpower We do not have (perhaps we will in time with practice, we do intend to come back). The normal trampolines are very bouncy, but they are not designed for people with long legs. My friend is only little, so was able to do mild stunts with ease, so didn't experience this issue. The free squash is great, and the toilets are clean. We survived, which both of us were very surprised with. All in all, a great afternoon 11/10 A++++ 5*****

User

My first time visiting any sort of trampoline park and it was fantastic! My kids loved it and could have easily spent over an hour in there! The staff were friendly and polite to the kids. Overall a very fun day out for us all. Highly recommend.

User

Just came back from a party we held at Jump in Warwick! Wow what a fantastic party! Millie looked after us really well and went the extra mile! Our son and all his friends had a great, fun experience! Thank you so much for making this a special memorable party! 🎈 🎉 🎉🎂😊

Went to our son’s friends birthday party yesterday! Again, we had a fantastic time. So busy and yet the two girls Estelle & Ellie were so helpful! Thanks again Jump In Warwick! 😊

User

I have just spent a fantastic morning here the staff are so friendly and helpful . We met a fab lad called Daley he was so nice to our lads . The staff all look happy in their jobs . Very safe secure place I felt so relaxed which is good as one of our boys has adhd and I am constantly worried he will hurt others accidentally but they watch the area so well it stress free.

User

I have just come back from a party that I organised with jump in Warwick. I can't recommend enough this place for a party, it ran so smoothly and nothing I asked for was a chore. There was 21 children all together and Ricky and Casey kept the children entertained the whole time, they kept me informed of everything that they were going to do with the children ie, free play on the trampolines, when food was going to be ready etc. It was a 4.30 midweek slot, which was perfect as it was very quiet so the children had the run of the place. Plenty of food provided and help was always there. Thank you very much.

User

After a disastrous first party we came bk to give it another try well I am so glad I did Evie Cummings was our party host along with Cameron for half of the party. Evie was absolutely amazing from start to finish nothing was to hard for her, she made sure we were all happy and took care of everything, Cameron came along half way through and he to was amazing. Both these party hosts are a credit to your company and deserve a special shout out. I came into the party thinking oh here we go again and it was the total opposite can’t thank them enough special how well Evie handled 18 14 year olds! I couldn’t have done it. Thank u and we will be visiting again because of these 2 individuals xx

User

Thanks to Ellie & Cameron who were fabulous party hosts for my daughter & her friend’s 7th birthday party today - they kept the energy up & organised lots of fun group games despite the hot weather! Kids had a great time - Very much appreciated, thank you.

The staff were great, but a shame the party area was sandwiched between workmen & work materials today while renovations were going on, hence can’t give full 5* today.

User

Had a fabulous time at jump in for Chloe’s 10th birthday! The party host Viktor who managed to keep 11 children happy and smiling the whole time! Fantastic service provided by him!

However; the Duty manager Kerry was so rude! After telling us that the slush puppies were able to be refilled and we went and refilled a number a times. She told us that she never had said this at all, the way she managed the situation was awful. Her overall attitude was disgusting. She also was rude to our party host, I even witnessed her moaning that he wasn’t doing enough! He couldn’t of done anymore if he tried!

I am not happy about the duty managers attitude. Not even an apology had came from her mouth!

User

Excellent place with lots of fun had by us all. However disappointed with the long wait for food. 20 minutes for 1 chargrilled wrap really isn't good. When I asked it was actually ready and bought out straight away so was it just sitting on the hot plate?

User

Great for the older ones the baby change needs moving out of the toilet it’s far to high and the table in the baby/sofa area is used as a dumping ground for rubbish, make the baby area bigger and not shoved in a corner where all the adults walk on it with dirty shoes on

User

Great facitilites but the staff let it down unfortunately. Very whistle-happy at the slightest thing which seems to remove the fun from the experience!! Health and safety is of course important, but blowing the whistle and giving them a black cross on their wristbands just for accidentally stepping on a trampoline at the same time as someone else.....a little over zealous. If a child gets two crosses they're sent to a room, on their own, to re-watch the safety video!! Three crosses and you lose the rest of your session. This seems harsh when, from what we could see observing, most of the incidents were unintentional and not acts of deliberate rule-breaking. Come on Jump In, lighten up a little and don't lose sight of what you're meant to be about.....fun!!!

Will be giving Boost a try instead, next time.

User

Trampolines were great but staff were blunt when we first got to the till and felt like kids weren’t allowed to be kids and enjoy themselves. Also, staff seemed very whistle happy even at the most minor things (eg my partner was on a trampoline and his son jumped on and they blew it straight away, when it was an accident and no harm was caused!!). I know health and safety is key in these places but still no harm was being done. There was no system for when to see the video. Didn’t get given any information about where to get socks from or that we had to wear them.

User
