We ordered four childrens lenghas for my nephews wedding. All four arrived early and three of them fit perfectly. However my daughters was too small. Initially i thought we would have an issue with regards to getting it sorted as Asian shops aren't known for their customer service. However Junoon were fantastic. From beginning to end they did everything to ensure we were completely happy with our purchase. Not once did they argue, quibble or try to get out of anything as many shops do. Fantastic customer service, would highly recommend and would definately shop from them again.

They are really good , they helped to get my cloths done in a very short notice. Really reliable , fashionable wear always in stock xx

I recently ordered 3 bridesmaids outfits. We had very limited of time but with their great effort we got our lovely suits for our special day. The outfits had heavy embroidery with stone work. The whole team of junoon were very helpful and supportive. Their support throughout the time was superb i couldn't ask for a better service. Quality of their fabric are excellent. Our suits came on time and yes my friends it's definitely value for money and a smile guarantee.

I normally buy my clothes from another store on lady pool road. But when k went there recent I was very disappointed with what I saw. And I was desperate to find an outfit as I had less than a week until my cousins wedding.

I popped in to Junoon as I spotted it towards the end of the road.



I'm really glad I went in, the staff were really helpful. I explained I was in a hurry and needed something straight away. They showed me the outfits around my price range and suggested I tried on a lengha with a long top. This isn't my usual style and I really wasn't keen on it. But I trusted them.

I tried the outfit on and fell in love straight away!! The service was fantastic and one lady in particular really looked after me.

The clothes there were really good quality and something different to the standard outfits I've tended to see on my travels. And they weren't pushy, they let me make my own mind up. Which I really appreciated.

I will definitely be going back and highly recommend this shop.

I can't thank the owners for the fabulous lengha that I got made. They were so helpful and forthcoming in getting the right outfit for my sisters wedding X when the outfit arrived I was assisted to a tailor to amend and adjust the outfit X they really did go out there way X

I bought an outfit from here for my sister's wedding. It is gorgeous. It came earlier than expected which was a bonus. It needed alteration and this was done quickly and efficiently. Can't wait to wear it InshaAllah. Great service would recommend to everyone.

A huge thanks to These guys , totally & utterly brilliant , we literally had very less time to have our outfits made for our brothers Walima due to our fathers Death May Allaah reward him a high rank in Jannah Ameen , but the junoon team made it happen. All 10 dresses where perfect no extra alterations had to be made , soo spot on with there measurements , I've never experienced such amazing service ever before , thank you soooooooo much for your support and help , Love you Lots xxxxxxx

Rude rude rude staff!

If a customer comes in for a dress they usually want to try it on first, apparently not given the service we had yesterday, no wonder the shop was empty!

Possibly the worst customer experience ever received. Commitment was given by staff that dress would be made in 6 weeks, two weeks ahead of my sister’s wedding. Dress was delayed and there was a complete lack of communication from their part as to when it would arrive. We had to call every single day only to be told that they had no idea where the dress was. It caused a lot of unnecessary stress and worry before the wedding. When it did finally arrive the day before the wedding, the dress was stitched incorrectly and the wrong material was used on the trousers. The staff blamed all of this on the manufacturer and refused to take any liability or offer a suitable solution. They did not seem to understand their duty to the customer to deliver a wearable product. They were rude, unprofessional and completely unsympathetic to the fact that I now had nothing to wear for my sister’s wedding which was THE NEXT DAY!! This situation could have easily been avoided with better communication from the retailer and them setting realistic expectations. Quality of the suits/stitching is also terrible.



DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RETAILER, unless you want to be very disappointed.
