This is my hotel of choice whenever I stay in Birmingham which is often. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, very clean and spacious. I always ask for a high floor near the back of the hotel and rarely have an issue with noise. Breakfast is good with a very large selection, never had any issues and you can ask for poached eggs to be cooked to order. I joined the rewards scheme which is well worth it if you stay regularly as perks are well worth it. I am never disappointed.
Thank you for a lovely stay at your hotel we had a ball the rooms are clean and tidy. Your staff were really helpful throughout our stay thank you so much we will be back.
Stayed here Sunday to watch a concert at the Barclay card arena got the train and jumped in a taxi which cost £5 at the most hotel and staff was amazing . Not far from the arena and receptionist was very helpful with directions , got back and my key card wasn't working so the receptionist walked me to the room to make sure I was okay . I travelled alone and felt well looked after room was lovely and clean . Thank you
Only down for one night with my daughter to attend a gig, hotel was lovely, very friendly staff and room was immaculate,we also had a meal in bar and it was very nice and reasonable price so all in a very nice time had and we will be using it again
Never been here before it was an amazing stay staff were lovely the rooms were amazing and the food was lush had a great lazy morning with breakfast in bed and had a lovely one night stay
Lovely hotel, friendly staff and top quality in general! Beds were like sleeping in a cloud and breakfast was amazing! I will definitely stay again!
Ive stayed in alot off hotels but this one is the best one ive ever stayed in. Rooms clean and modern, sky sports in bedroom on massive samsung flat screen, best ever bud on draft, brought some snacks from hotel bar bit pricey but excellent taste so makes up for it, easy parking, clean towels, comfy bed, excellent location. Will be returning with the kids next time to take the cadbury world package which the hotel offer.
I took my wife to Birmingham for the Queen concert, for her birthday. I had booked an executive double at Jurys Inn. Parking was easy and the welcome I had from Eli, on reception, was second to none. A very happy, smiling girl who was so helpful. She asked what had brought us to Birmingham and when she found out it was for a birthday, she gave me 2 vouchers for free drinks at the bar. I also received 2 free Costa coffees and a voucher for 10% off food and beverage. The room was very clean with a very comfortable bed and sky channels on the tv. Buffet breakfast was delicious and plentiful. All staff give 100% and we will definitely be back. Keep it up Jurys.
Great hotel central to most places very friendly and efficient staff stayed on 10 floor room was very spacious and clean and has got to be one of the most comfortable beds we've slept in breakfast was plentiful and tasty and wide selection would definitely recommend to family and friends and will be staying here again next time we visit Birmingham.
Fantastic location right in the middle of Broad Street. Nice and clean, rooms are well appointed, bar and restaurant very good, all in all an excellent hotel. We only stayed one night as it was handy for the Arena but I'd definitely stay again. Recommended.
A friend and I came to Stay at Jury’s Inn after travelling from Norfolk for a small business conference at the ICC. Location was ideal.
Staff were wonderfully warm and welcoming, the room was clean and the beds were so comfortable which was very welcome after a busy day. Breakfast in the morning was lovely, there was lots of choice and was a great start to the day, an on-site Costa was also a great added bonus.
Look forward to coming back the next time we are back in Birmingham!
Word of caution this hotel is right in middle of very busy nightclubs and venues so if you get room on side or front on low down floor you may not get any sleep but great location if your are going out clubbing / drinking. However we got room on 13th floor and all was quiet nice room, pleasant staff, nice breakfast. Car parking is a bit tricky if you have a bigger car max height allowed 1.7m so might be worth checking car height before booking. Would stay there again. Lots of building work nearby at moment.
Stayed this weekend for three nights. Had a big room and bath tub, all good, WiFi great, big Bath towels, booked it online and got a good deal. My only feedback for improvement is that for the price breakfast should be included but that is my belief with all hotels really. But obs in some places breakfast does cost extra. However there was a wetherspoons jus down the road so I jus went there. I really enjoyed my room and was very comfortable tho thank you
Stayed here with my 3 children and couldn't fault anything. From the moment we checked in the staff where helpful. The room was good...clean and tidy and we had a pleasant stay. The bar and restaurant areas where very nice and comfortable to relax in. Defiently recommend this hotel
Parking easy but not included in the cost. First room had no heating when we arrived and wasn’t sorted on our return so we opted to change room with a complimentary upgrade. Reception is very busy and minimal staff makes for slow service - no fault of staff working but perhaps additional staff would help prevent this. Rooms clean and comfortable
Never been to central Birmingham before. Hotel was easy to find with car park at the rear. Pay on exit type ,
£14.20 for eleven to twenty four hours.
Large reception area , plenty of friendly staff.
Given two vouchers for free Costas, and a 10%off voucher for food and drink bought at the hotel.
Room was well used but clean and tidy, beds were fantastically comfortable, flat screen tv, iron and board ,tea and coffee with kettle and hair drier all supplied.
We ate in the hotels “bar and grill “ , food was very good but took quite a while to arrive. There are many varied restaurants within a short walk in Broad street.
On the whole a very pleasant stay
Would use again.
ok book in is 2pm our room not ready till gone 4pm . no sorry no have a coffee on us while you wait. then 9am knock knock on door are you leaving yet No we are not check out is 12 midday. room very clean breakfast was good. pity service let them down
Stayed here on stag do, we had two rooms for a group of 5. The reception staff were hit and miss dependant on who you spoke to. The parking price is horrendous , the food is diabolical and disgusting.
The rooms were good as well as the beds very comfy.
On complaining to the manager he gave us free parking for the weekend .. not that this effects the hotel anyway considering as its advertised as a public car park it just means the hotel can validate free tickets when originally told by a member of staff they couldn’t. I will not be returning here again!
Within 10 minutes of checking in were pick pocketed in reception. CCTV evidence of this. Night ruined, £300 cash down and all cards cancelled no means to enjoy #lennykravitz or pay for hotel. Best jurys inn hotel birmingham will do is 20% off room and a payment plan. Booked Jurys Inn as not familiar with Birmingham and thought it would be more secure and safer than a travelodge. However at least a travelodge/premier inn they have card security on each floor Jurys don't but obviously cant manage people coming in off the street. Dont stay here if you value your possessions!!!! Really worried about this evening, whats to stop someone walking in off the street and entering your rooms???
