K-Star Legacy Muay Thai Gym Description
At K-Star Legacy you are given expert tuition as soon as you step foot on to the mats. We have two fully matted training areas so that you are able to train in a safe and controlled environment. We also have a full sized, raised boxing ring along with a number of light and heavy duty punching bags to help improve your power and fitness. Additionally, we have a large number of kicking /punching pads which can be used during classes or open training to help improve your accuracy and combination work.
K-Star Legacy’s chief instructor was a two time World Champion and is regarded as a UK Muay Thai Legend, Damien Trainor. Damien has been involved in Muay Thai for 20 years and has competed at the highest level all around the world. His aim is to share his knowledge of the sport and to help his students realise their potential and achieve their goals.
Our range of classes cater for all ages and skill levels and are available 6 days a week from Monday-Saturday.

The training is great and is taught as if you were college, step by step. Damion is not only a great fighter who teaches from experience but also a maticulus coach who spots and rectifies problem in your technique. Highly recommended
Started this year , never knew how much I'd love it , I wake up thinking about it everyday , defo one of the best things iv ever done , everybody at kstar are welcoming, friendly and most of all hard trainers , this place is incredible!!!
My son loves coming here and has learnt so much in a short space of 3 weeks. His confidence grows every lesson. My son is 5 but Simon is very professional and will help and remind him when he does something wrong but also makes learning enjoyable. I would recommend K-star legacy to everyone!
I've never trained at the Legacy gym but but j have had private 1-2-1 sessions with both Damien and Simon. The professionalism is second to none and their knowledge is the same. World class trainer... Excuse the pun. However as a unit, K - Star is by far the best place I have trained. My kids will be joining as soon as they turn of age.

I've been at KSTAR now for a few years , and find this is my second home , where you'll find everyone who is there supportive and will help you , Damian Trainor is an amazing fighter and an incredible teacher , patience of a saint , needed sometimes, also Simon Whitehead another amazing fighter and teacher who will push you past what you think your fitness level is in his circuit class , I've seen other gyms and this is by far the most dedicated to Muay Thai and the friendliest you'll go to , would recommend it all day long
