Katie Clark Fitness Description
I am a qualified fitness instructor, gym instructor.
I teach Pump, Spin, LBT and Circuits. I am also a PT in training.
I am available for at home training sessions and nutrition advice.
I teach Pump at Simply Gym on Tuesday at 18. 30.
Utilising barbells and weight plates, Pump FX provides a progressive, complete-body workout. Traditional resistance training exercises such as squats, lunges, presses and rows take on another dimension through the use of functional, multi-plane movement
I also teach spin at Xercise4Less on Monday, Wednesday and at 18. 30 - 19. 30 (both of these classes are one hour).
At Anytime Fitness Shrewsbury I teach Pump on Thursday at 06. 30 and Friday at 19. 30.
Finally, I teach Legs, Bums and Tums at The Quarry Gym on Monday at 07. 30 (a half an hour class) and Friday at 17. 15 (a 45 min class)

I am interested not only in the physical benefits of exercise but also the mental benefits as well. All of my classes are fun and upbeat and I always make sure I have a smile on my face and motivate my class as positively as I can.
