The clients were in the middle of selling their property and a few comments had arisen from the freestanding sink and missing floor tile!
We was brought in and removed the offending sink, created a boxing section to hide the pipe works and the missing floor tiles and used pvc window board to provide a simple finish and shelf.
The clients were happy and the property sold within a few weeks of the new sink being fitted.

We was involved in helping with the new makeover at Trugym in Folkestone, this time we was in charge of renovating the old studio which was in desperate need of a makeover!
With black ceilings, grey walls the place had been refereed to a dungeon by members and the new management wanted to seriously improve the look!
There was also a vending machine and lowered section of suspended ceiling which was removed to make extra space and open the room up more.
... We started by removing the lower ceiling which as you can see in the pictures basicly collapsed and was lucky that it happened to us and not a member using the studio!
After this all the damage to existing walls were made good, the suspended ceiling was extended where needed and to cut down on the finish time the studio walls and black ceiling was spray painted using a heavy duty paint.
The outcome was a very pleasing, open and light studio for the gym to run all its classes in.

We was involved in helping with the new make over at Trugym Folkestone.
Here we had discovered that due to a poor concrete mix by the original company that leveled the floors and the gym members repeatedly dropping very heavy weights on the floor there was extensive damage to the sub floor!
Over 500kg of damaged concrete was removed and replaced using specialist additives to help increase the strength of the new concrete in anticipation for clients to be dropping more weights once the floor was repared!

Handmade by me using very high voltage electricity, curious and striking Lichtenberg patterns are burned deep into the wood.
Combining this method with the finest materials and design results in a piece that is sure to make your guests stop and examine..
This particular piece features 3 clear Poplar panels, each with their own unique burn signature.
... They can be hung in portrait style like in the photo or landscape on top of each other and measure 17cm x 35cm.
If you wish to buy bigger items these can be made to your measurements at your request.
Free delivery within the 01303 dialling code, if you would like to have these shipped to any mainland UK destination then this can be arranged and costs from £10
More items to follow so keep an eye on the page..

A local electronics shop in Hythe contracted KPI to repaint their shop front and give it a much needed facelift.
The original awnings were removed, the roller shutter covers were taken away a spray painted, all original varnished woodwork was primed with a specialist primer and finished in the same colour as the roller shutters.
The masonry was painted white with the same colour used on the woodwork to detail and highlight the features of the columns at the shops entrance.

A Client contracted KPI to turn an unused dinning room into a functional utility room.
The radiator was moved along with adding in the plumbing for water supply and waste for the washing machine, along with fitting a 1000mm base unit and worktop and fully tiling the floor of the room and in to the toilet.
All skirting board was removed and refitted to give the best possible finish, this does add money to the cost of works but give a much better appearance.

KPI was contacted to come in and finish off a job where the original plumber who had been contracted to fit the bathe suite and tile the bathroom and kitchen was kicked off the job for shoddy workmanship...
As you can see in one picture the bath is 15mm off level which would have looked horrible once the walls had been tiled.

Client requested a new en suite shower...
So a full rip out and refit followed, unfortunately due to the buildings original plumbing layout the pipework for the sinks waste and new towel rail could not be relocated.

This is why you should never mix water and electrics together...

The client didnt want the mess and upheaval of having a full new kitchen fitted so we came in and gave it a lovely refresh by using the latest paint and paint application technology!
We started by removing all the existing wall tiles and plastered the walls ready for retiling, we also replaced the old lino with an oak effect flooring and matched the new worktops to the floor.
While this was going on all doors, draws, plinths, and removable end panels where taken away to be spr...ayed with specialist paint by us and all remaining parts where sprayed on the job with absolute minimal fuss and intrusion to the family living in the house.
As you can see it was a dramatic change at the fraction of a full kitchen refurb.

The client was complaining of the tile grout always cracking and lifting away.
On first inspection it seemed like there was some movement in the sub floor, so after a full rip out it became apparent that the previous firm had cut many corners on the fitting of the joists and sub floor!
Every joist was live and wobbled around freely and the ply wood sub floor had been fixed using screws that were inferior and to small!
... We refixed and braced all the joists so they was all solid and became one unit, we then fitted a new sub floor and then used special waterproof tile boards over that, which was glued and screwed to the sub floor before retiling with quartz tiles and finishing with flexible 2 part adhesive and grout.
