Very happy with set-up of Childcare Vouchers! The man on the phone was very helpful in changing the dates so I would receive my invoice the next day, making it possible for me to pay and send next week to nursery!

Hi I am looking at closing my account as my daughter starts school nursery in September can you please tell me how I go about closing the account online or do I need to ring up and do it?
Warning do not take this scheme on if you use child care on a ad hoc basis. Ive been over paying as my provider kept advising me they would work out how much credit I had and when it's finally been sorted im being refunded £200plus into my kiddi voucher account. Which I can't get a refund on and because im no longer using child care this money will sit in their accounts earning them interest for the next ten years when they'll donate it to charity. Complete and utter joke!!!!
WARNING! DO NOT SAVE VOUCHERS! This company have had over £500 of my money for three years now. I decided to save my vouchers in preparation for a move from part time to full time anticipating an increase in childcare costs. Due to the wellbeing of my child, I was forced to stop using the childcare provider very early on in my new job. As a result my family volunteered to help me with my childcare. This meant I did not need to use the childcare vouchers I had saved up. I have made several attempts to get my large balance back, fully accepting that tax and NI would be deducted first. As yet I have been unsuccessful due to a VERY unhelpful customer service team. Oh, and to top things off, I can’t access my account because it has become dormant.
I've been on hold now for an hour, does anyone answer your phones?
I have emailed you twice, first several months ago and again recently, to try and reclaim an overpaid voucher and have not had any response. Please could you look into this as soon as possible.
I have emailed you and received no response and also called several times, nobody ever answers the phone! I was due to receive my first vouchers on 24th November and my account still says they are 'due to be released shortly'. I would really like to know why I haven't received them or if there's some kind of issue as I need to pay my childcare bills!
Dont use this scheme. I have overpaid by £1500 and no-one ever informed me. They wont refund any of it as its not exceptional circumstances. AVOID THE SCHEME. YES TAX FREE but WILL COST YOU in the long term.
Don't overpay or you can't get your money back. The girl on the phone seemed to think I'd be really happy about this. So rude, kept interrupting me and saying "If you let me finish" when I was talking! It will end up costing me money, not a good scheme!
Couldn't get hold of them at all. Tried to call them for the last week and no one answer their bloody phone. Write them numerous emails without any reply. I need a refund urgently. Could anyone from your company contact me asap?
