With regards to the closure of the pool, at this present time we are still only able to offer Adults Only sessions as we are still awaiting the completion of the family changing rooms.
A further update will be posted as soon as we have an opening date and are able to offer a revised timetable to include the family sessions.

The planned closure of the site on Wednesday 10th has now been postponed until 24th Jan

Due to unforseen circumstances we are unable to host our opening weekend Jan 6th and 7th.
The contractors who are refurbishing the changing rooms are still on site and work needs to be completed to meet safety standards before we can open to the public.

Due to continuing weather conditions we are shutting the centre at 4.00pm As a result today's Strokes swimming lessons will be cancelled

We love it here. Yes it is in need of an update, and currently the lockers dont take the new pound coins but the staff at the desk will swap them for the older ones. This issue will be resolved with the new refurbishment (which we are looking forward to).

Most of the staff are friendly. If we have ever had any issues they will do as much as they can to help.

Very nice staff and lovely people who go there is going 5 times a week and I love it

This place is shocking - no children have been allowed to enjoy swimming for over 7 months as part of a family swim. The excuse is that the changing rooms are not ready, yet they are able to run swimming lessons there and allow adults to swim. This is not acceptable as they still can not give a date for family swimming!!! What was the point of creating a family friendly pool with children's attractions if they will not let them swim there. My daughters 2 & 6 years old complain every weekend that they cant go swimming, and they do not understand why they cant use a finished pool!

DOES ANYONE WORKING HERE KNOW HOW TO ANSWER A TELEPHONE??!
