Grading for 4th kyu and above. Students will receive confirmation if being entered for this grading.

Grading for 10th Kyu to 5th Kyu. Students will receive confirmation if being entered for this grading.

This pre-grading is compulsory for those wishing to do the intermediate and general grading (4th Kyu and above)

Students 2nd Kyu and above must attend (or are strongly advised to if you wish to attempt grading!). Knowledge of Taikyoku and Pinan katas ESSENTIAL. Taken by Sensei John King

Learn how the Pinan Katas can be used in a practical fighting situation. Knowledge of the katas NOT ESSENTIAL. Taken by Shihan Mick.

2 hour women’s only self defence session only £10. Taken by Sempai Lisa and open to all, so bring a friend or two and learn some useful skills. No need to book, pay on the day to be held in studio 1 of Folkestone Sports Centre.
