Lazy Sunday Afternoon At Wolverhampton Boat Club Description
Wolverhampton Boat Club is situated on the Shropshire Union Canal, about one mile up from its junction with the Staffs and Worcester Canal at Autherley Junction. It was formed in 1961 as Autherley Boat Club, and it later moved to its present site. Our clubhouse is on the south side of the canal where a metal footbridge crosses by an attractive
old iron wharf crane which formerly stood at Wigan Pier!
The club has facilities for member's boats, but does not permit permanent residence on any boat. If you are interested in joining our club, you are welcome to drop in. You will be sure of a warm welcome.

Pictures from todays Lazy Sunday. Yet another fantastic, talent filled afternoon. Great times with great people. If you would like to join us to play or listen and enjoy, we are here every first Sunday of the month from 13:00. Thanks Kim for the pics and montage.
HAL will be playing at the Wolverhampton Boat Club on Friday 31st March 2017 along with our friends from the Lazy Sunday Afternoon. A great night is in store, all for the Commodore's Fundraising. Come and have a good night.

What an amazing atmosphere. A welcoming, supporting place to perform. We always finish with a jam session. We love a variety of styles and genres. It'll make you smile.

Super afternoon, such a friendly atmosphere, what a great afternoon out, doesn't matter if you're performing, an interested musician observer, or just want to be entertained.
If you're a musician, singer or just like a wonderful afternoon of music and laughter amongst some fantastic people. First sunday in every month. Some absolutely outstanding acts but watch out for the big jamming session at the end, It's just utterly brilliant!
Good atmosphere, lovely people and environment, not mentioning the food and quality cheap drinks! Very family orientated and full of young and older talents! Definitely a thing to do in Wolves
