Then please do not hesistate to contact Steve on the Base and we will sort that for you. Other than the cost of the items we will NOT charge for taxi fare. We were staying in Leek at the weekend for a family wedding. We used your service to collect us from and bring us to the airport as well as to and from the wedding. The service provided was excellent and your driver Peter a gentleman.

We booked a taxi for a family birthday. The operator was very polite and efficient. Taxi turned up on time and the driver was very pleasant and chatty.

Definitely no complaints

Very good service to Hanley as I didn’t have a car

Used Leek Link in August returning from holiday. They picked us up in the middle if the night for a very reasonable price. Usual great service, easy to find the taxi. Leek Link is always our first choice taxi.

Top service always us. Left my phone in taxi last night and Steve was very helpful and found it for me and got in touch straight away. Even charged it for Me as well, massive thumbs up from me ���

The only taxi company in leek which you can call without notice and still get a taxi most of the time, even if it's late at night!

Thank you to Stella who was so kind and helpful to me today.I was panicking as had lost my phone.Fortunately it was in the back of the taxi and she arranged to get it delivered back to my house ,Within 15 minutes it was promptly delivered by Steve who was also very friendly and helpful.Thank you to you both. Thank you also to our driver last night who patiently picked us up from the REWIND festival which was really chaotic,The price of the taxi was very reasonable too.

Many thanks to Leek Link Taxis for the scheduled pickup two weeks ago, spot on time, and for the late notice pickup yesterday from Hanley Bus Station, again just as we arrived. Brilliant, friendly and reliable service. We look forward to our next ride with you in January.

I don't usually use taxi companies as I thought they are over priced but from this company I received Brilliant service, the cabs are clean and friendly staff, i will be using them again cheers guys

I broke down in my car on the road coming from Endon to leek. I rang leek link taxis and they not only quickly picked me up and took me to the tyre shop then drove me back and the taxis driver changed the tyre for me. This was his first week driving. I don't know his name (feeling it was tim) but he was fantastic and any other company would of left me at the tyre place and gone.

I'd give more than 5* if I could.

Great service, really prompt and a brilliant price. We'll definitely use you again. Thanks

Drivers were amazing and service was prompt. Not only that but after letting Leek Link know I'd left my credit card and gift from a wedding in their car, they posted it back and I received it a couple of days later. Lovely to have a company that will go the extra mile for you.

After losing my earring on Friday night (with no idea where or when) I sent Leek Links a message to ask if there was any chance it had been handed in. They asked which minibus we had been in & then went & searched it for me & found it! Great service & really helpful x thank you!

Absolutely amazing service, I'm basically sat in the taxi and forgotten my bank card, the nearest cash point from my home is another 10 mile trip, the lovely taxi man is taking me home and letting me pay tomorrow. What an absolute legend.
