Here is a summary of the patient engagement results for the proposed surgery relocation to Hatherton Street.
Common engagement comment themes identified were:
• Access to appointments... • Continuity of care • Car Parking including how the car parking will be managed • Location • Public transport • Support for the project
The Project Group will reflect on the themes of the feedback and continue to improve and evolve the project development in conjunction with the New Build Patient Representation Project Engagement Group and the wider project team.

Did you know over half the cells in your body are microscopic organisms such as bacteria, fungi and viruses rather than human cells? The way these organisms interact with us is not fully understood. A course of antibiotics may kill a huge proportion of your ‘friendly bacteria’. It is not know what long term impact this may have on your risk of developing allergies, autoimmune diseases or other conditions. This is one of the many reasons we use antibiotics only when they are really needed.

The Met office has issued a yellow warning for snow over night and for parts of tomorrow. Our dedicated team of staff will endeavour to maintain the service during these hazardous conditions - if you feel it is necessary to come to the surgery tomorrow please be safe when travelling. Please either phone or text the surgery if you wish to cancel your appointment.
