Have been here a couple of times alone, whilst on maternity leave (waiting for little one to arrive) . Have been to early showings both times and the staff have been really friendly and super helpful.

To point of opening the screen door for me, as I had my hands full with drinks and popcorn. (I'd say they were cravings, but I just can't resist).

Lovely clean cinema and very comfortable chairs.

Nice clean surroundings and really friendly staff. A great addition to Walsall’s nightlife.



Could do with a couple of minor changes to make it a five star rating.



1. Open the catering area upstairs to remove some of the waiting downstairs, the Green Room bar can not cope at peak times. Would also make it easier to get extra food / drinks if required.

2. Really need an app for pass holders as very drawn out.

3. Might be the personal touch but do not need an awkward introduction from a member of staff before each movie.

It was our First time at this cinema and I had prebooked my seats online. There was no direction as what to do with my pre booked tickets. As in the Cinema showings on the wall dont label the screen number. There was nobody was on the tills but seemed to be lots of staff hanging around. No one was around to say which screen.. i asked the manager he basically told me to just wonder up to the screen and watch the film. Anyone could walk up to those screens they’re not manned at all.



Found the screen in the end it was still being cleaned out from the last showing. Then and probably worst of all it was about 25 degrees in there. I’ve never had to sit in that kind of heat in a cinema. Felt ill coming out of there...



Never again. Uninterested staff & Manager. red hot cinema and comfy seats about sums it up. �

Absolutely ridiculous organisation at this cinema. Films start at 10 but they only open 10-15 minutes before. Then there's not enough staff on to serve the crazy amount of people that are already queuing so if you want popcorn and drinks in time for the film starting you've got no chance. So I've had to leave my kids in the screen to then go back down to get the refreshments only to get to the front of the queue and they haven't even got cup holders or anything like that so if you're buying more than 2 drinks and you're on your own you're screwed. Had to go back and forth twice to take everything up. If they organised themselves better before the first film showing then it wouldn't be so chaotic and lots of people wouldn't miss the first part of the film. Then when I moan cos there's no cup holders, plus they haven't got lids for the ice blasts I just get attitude from staff telling me that they can't help me carry drinks. I said that's not what I was asking. But when you spend more on refreshments than you do tickets i don't think it's too much to ask for a cup holder or a bloody lid when you're trying to juggle drinks!
