We are a UK based Classic Aircooled VW Parts / Restoration and Modification Specialist. We offer a fantastic range of our own custom parts along with the other big names. Limebug's promise is not to only supply you with a service you are 100% satisfied with but to offer the largest, finest range of the rare and hard to get parts that other suppliers don't even come close to.
Limebug's cutting edge website ensures all your VW parts needs are covered, our intelligent search / filter system allows any enthusiast whether novice or pro to easily scan, browse and find the parts of their choice. Our range expands quite literally daily, in order to keep track we do recommend subscribing to our RSS feed to stay up to date and subscribing to our newsletters, for great promotion and discount events.
When Limebug Established in 2009 we set about gathering the parts that the big VW suppliers didn't stock or that were very rare or hard to get. Our first range of products shot off to a great start with some great parts such as our BMD kits, which takes the stock cooling system to a new level of performance and reliability, since then we have offered continuously new and improved products from such suppliers as MST, Airkewld, Fastfab, Jaycee, CB Performance, Scat, Mooneyes, Mallory and many, many more.
With the VW scene growing as it has done exponentially over recent years, we set about moving rarer and more unusual parts into one set location to give everyone the opportunity to customize restore and tune to whole new levels of refinement. The VW scene has changed so dramatically with customers keeping their classic VW's on the road with a much keener eye for detail, authenticity and quality which has never been seen before. Limebug provides the backbone to some of these up and coming parts and information to help bring these fantastic classic vehicles right up to date.
Limebug has continued to innovate and very quickly begin developing their own bespoke top quality products, from screen printed hoodies, hand airbrushed Gear knobs, to our Fully Polished Handbrake levers, our products stand alone in quality and finish as the best in the business. Limebug's staff include highly qualified engineers who have won several awards and are setting about modernisation of classic parts and designs to give a fantastic, tasteful and respectful final product.
Limebug has moved forward with technology while maintaining classic style to this point. We aim to continue to grow as fast as possible and are now distributing our fantastic range to several suppliers from across the globe. Our trade has recently opened to the public, and we are looking forward to being able to meet and greet our customers in person, and show them around our new trade counter / warehouse and workshop.
