Sadly Doug is leaving us at Hereford Land Rover to pursue his dream of one day becoming the U.K’s oldest doctor before finally retiring - we would like to wish Doug the very best from all of the Listers family. You will be missed greatly Doc 😉👍x

Yeah I know I'm a pain in the a... but I do like to deal with real professionals. If I have dealings with Doug Duguid I have found one who has this quality. He is so courteous and understanding of ones needs. The knowledge required on so many variants certainly is difficult to comprehend.

We collected our approved used Land Rover Freelander today, and we love it. Chris Stott was very helpful and a pleasure throughout, so a big thank you to you Chris !

We bought an approved Discovery Sport from Listers this weekend and as we live miles away - and someone else was interested - we bought it sight unseen. Travelled all the way from South Yorkshire to collect my Range Rover Sport. The sales guy, 'Ben' couldn't have been more obliging! He is a really nice guy, friendly and professional. I have visited and bought many cars from Garages and had some really bad experiences! But not on this occasion. Whether you are local to Hereford are live further afield and looking to purchase a Landrover I would definitely recommend a visit to this dealership and ask for 'Ben'!!

My son and I were introduced to Sasha Fox, an extremely good salesperson.She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.They hadn't got the car that I was looking for, but, Sasha, being Sasha soon found one for me at another dealership.

I collected my new(used) Land Rover Discovery Sport HSE Lux on Saturday 28th April. It looked like a new car. Unfortunately it had a minor fault which developed at the last minute and I was given many options including a full refund I decided to take the car at the time and it was collected on Tuesday 2nd May to be returned for the minor computer problem, and I was left with a very new Evoque to use until my car is fixed. Top service! Can't wait to get my car back but under the circumstances, there is nothing more they could have done. Very happy with this dealership

I purchased my first Range Rover from Doug at Listers last week,I collected it yesterday and the Service of all the team including receptionist/ Hosts was A1.

Doug deserves a special mention he was patient and made sure I had chosen the right Car for me, at handover he was fabulous so patient and has arranged for a few follow up jobs to be done he is as far away from the traditional "dodgy" car salesman as you can be. He is an asset to Listers !.

Fantastic experience with the purchase of an Evoque. This was a surprise for my wife on our anniversary, the sales manager Barry was excellent and made the whole process very simple and went the extra mile with some great finishing touches. At the hand over the car had been presented perfectly and Barry spent a great deal of time going through all of the vehicle features with my wife putting her at ease before we drove away.

Fantastic experience buying an approved used Land Rover Discovery from Doug Duguid at Listers Land Rover Hereford. I live 500 miles away from them so needed a comprehensive and reliable service for the transaction to work out and wasn't disappointed. Communication throughout was first class, from agreeing the deal, making collection arrangements, on the day of handover and post-sale (although that was only a couple of days ago!).



Time with them in the dealership was very pleasant, with business conducted efficiently in fine surroundings and in a very friendly manner.



I've used Listers (different dealership and brand) previously, and would have no hesitation in recommending them - but particularly Land Rover Hereford - to others, and would happily buy from them again.

Collected my Discovery sport last Wednesday from the listers team. I have to say that Sasha was extremely helpful and courteous. She kept me informed of what was going on right from point of ordering up to collecting the car. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the process a real pleasure. I work for JLR and thought i might not get the full special treatment but i was very wrong. I will send anyone i know here as they are far better than other dealers i tried. Thanks to everyone at Listers Hereford but especially Sasha and Clive. Might even see about getting the wife a new car now.....

Collected my Discovery a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier. From my initial enquiry through to picking up the keys the service offered has been first class. I found the all staff polite and the sales team knowledgable. Tom took plenty of time during the handover to explain all the features of the car to make sure we were completely comfortable before leaving. A great product and service from a great team.

(Sam Swinton) I took receipt of my new Discovery Sport just under a week ago and I have to say I couldn’t be happier.

We initially went into listers Hereford 3 weeks ago to get an idea of what we wanted. We approached Tom Mortimer, I have to say we were not hassled with ‘can I help you?’ Which was refreshing. We found Tom extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

We then returned to the VIP event 2 weeks later, where we again met with Tom to discuss our requirements.

Toms knowledge of the vehicles was fantastic. The test drive was a very relaxed experience and very informative. At no point did Tom apply the ‘big sell’, which from our perspective was a big bonus.

Tom introduced us to Josh Galvin who again was fantastic. He was able to make the figures add up to our requirements with ease. Making the end to end purchasing experience pain free. (Probably a little too easy though �)

Collection of the vehicle was also painless, both Tom and Josh had all the paperwork ready to go, a few signatures and a thorough run through of the vehicle and I was off with my new car and a big smile �

I would highly recommend the sales team @ listers land rover Hereford. I just hope that the after sales team are as helpful when required �

We bought an ex-demonstrator Discovery Sport around 8 weeks ago which we have been very happy with however when we viewed it there was some damage to the trim around the rear passenger door which Listers replaced. Less than 6 weeks later this replacement trim fell off whilst driving. Despite an email, photo and 2 telephone calls no one will either speak to me or return my email. Very disappointing post sale customer service.

Positives - Customer service when buying a car from them 10/10



Negatives - everything else!!



Customer service after the sale 1/10 and that’s being generous.



I can honestly say I would not buy another Range Rover from here with the after sales experience I have received!



Customer service costs nothing!!

My good friend who has spent most of his adult life protecting people and served in various countys of operations and who as we speak is helping to train Libyan nationals and look after media teams in Libya, Listers have blocked him so I am taking up the reign this is his problem with Listers



"Bought over 6 weeks ago.....we paid 32k cash of our hard earned savings...it had a fault on the drive home, sounds like exhaust blowing badly but from the area of EGR ? Been back to "Listers LR Hereford, twice but they deny anything wrong, despite saying " it doesn't sound right" ....its sat on the drive mostly for 3 weeks of argueing and waiting for LR and Listers to "find a slot" to look at it, at last tomorrow, 6 weeks after buying it we can drive it to Taunton LR where we then must pay to have a "replacement vehicle" for 2 days so they can look at ours. I'm just managing to keep calm....luckily I'm abroad working because it would've been smashed through Listers Showroom Windows by now if I was home. I have had Land Rovers all my adult life in the British Army and several of my own...but totally disgusted by LR After Sales and if I could blow up Listers showroom I would. Will never buy from Listers ever again and probably never from Land Rover again either".



Now fair warning Listers either you help this honourable gent out or I will dedicate all my spare time into rubbishing you to every Land Roving site on the planet. You have paid out commision on this sale, This is not a nice thing to happen to someone who has worked tooth and nail away from his family for year upon year. I suppose you will block me as well but I will not stop until you either refund him ALL the money he paid for this vehicle or fix it to his standard. It's your choice, If anyone reads this before its taken down which it will be please feel free to share, I will seriously make it a life times ambition to close your shop down one way or another. Now please act.
