I’m now on my third Land Rover over the past ten years, as far as the brand goes I think that may tell you something.

The dealer in question, Land Rover Solihull (“Shirley” keep it real).�

For each of these transactions I have dealt with a man who I now consider to be a friend, yes I know he’s after my money that’s why he’s a salesman, however I have never had a question unanswered and never a problem not fixed and if he’s not available any one of the team have helped.

The car “Evoque HSE�” ain’t too bad either �I must have sat in it for hours last night just playing with all my new gadgets and gizmos.

Richard Gibbons a great big thank you. You made the whole transaction totally painless, I know there’s a great team backing you up to share the glory, so again thank you.�

Im in love got my discovery sport Hse last thurs.was all so fast tbh unbelievable customer service from that 1st phone call with Roxanne at listers solihull.she helped me all the way till the unveiling.which in all took a wk.what a lovely lady always got a smile on her face so thankful to Roxanne she is a diamond.�

I traded in my Range Rover Vogue SE and bought a Range Rover Sport Autobiography, the one in their showroom! I got a great price for the trade in and a decent deal on the new one.

Mark Potter who looked after me was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. When I picked up the new car they helped me set up the app for the car which was a revelation and the car is just fantastic.

Miles better than Lancaster my local dealer and well worth driving over to buy the car.

Oh and the bottle of gin they gave me is slipping down nicely!

I recently purchased my first 'nearly new' Discovery Sport. Although due to hospitalization I have enjoyed it more as passenger than driver my early impressions are it is a superb drive. I did however discover some exterior damage soon after collection. Whilst one of the salesmen suggested he wasn't sure Lister's could accept responsibility once in contact with Daniel Chimes the response and subsequent corrective action has been outstanding for which I am very grateful. I collected our new Range Rover Velar a few weeks ago and the service we received was excellent, They handled everything from start to finish with out any issues. Since then we unfortunately damaged a tyre on the car, I contacted the dealership at 8.00am and the tyre was replaced by 9.15am at a very competitive price aswell. 3rd Landrover purchased from Listers and wouldn’t shop anywhere else.

I am now on my third vehicle from Land Rover and they may have had a few hiccups with one thing or another , but the sales team are super nice - Ian Bourne & Kevin Miller couldn’t do enough for me . A great team chaps ! ��

Collected my new Velar yesterday handover was great and dealing with Qumar and Fawn throught out was easy and efficient. Qumar was great and worked tirelessly to get me the best deal. Dealership much better than the other birmingham dealer!!!

Arranged a test drive of the new Velor with Kerry Fogarty who was very efficient and knowledgeable about the products.



From the moment I arrived I was made to feel welcome by the receptionist añd dealt with in a very professional way.



As for the vehicle, I'm not sure.

Well, where do I start. Bought an evoqque there 13 days ago. The sales person and everybody was verh helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Very good service in fact. Once money paid and vehicle collected it was a different story though. The sales person on collection said he would phone the following day to see if all ok. That day found a problem with one of the front tyres. Large piece of rubber gauged out. Thought I would mention it when salesman phoned. He did not. Next day I phoned and spoke to a business manager. He asked for photos and said he would phone back. Never did. Since then, 4-5 more phone calls, several emails to both persons ( not replied to) and every excuse there is. Day off, on annual leave, at a seminar, out with a customer, at another depot, etc all with will phone back later. Never did. I've given up now. After sales, well non existent. Not impressed.

After going to listers Solihull today for a simple add blue top up, which is included in my service pack, I was told after 45 minutes that “I’d over filled it previously and this must be booked in”. “Sometime before the end of the week” was the best offer. As the car only had 12 miles before lock down and that I had no alternative, I decided to drive it home.

I called land rover assist, who sent out a service engineer, who simply topped up the add blue, told me there was no issue with the car, reset the warning light and sent me on my way, something the dealership could of done without all the fuss. About to order a jaguar, but may avoid listers for poor after service.

The dealership are typical of any main dealer, they talk the talk but that’s all. You can’t trust them to do the job and I have caught them out several times with things they should have done on the service, haven’t, but charged me for it? I opted for a collect and deliver for my Range Rover service and mot, they were late picking it up and I ended up going over to listers to get my car as they “would not be finished on time to get it back to me”. They didn’t stamp the service book and when I pointed it out they stamped it twice, in the wrong place! When you ring them up they don’t return your call and basically don’t care, as long as they have your debit card! But don’t think they are on their own, oh no, every Land Rover dealer I have had to deal with are exactly the same! Biggest load of losers out there, if I run my business like they do I would be living on the streets.

Tried to book servicing and was informed that their servicing booking team finishes working at 4:30 pm !!! Are they not interested in getting business?

This car has caused me nothing but trouble.



For the 7th time my 66 plate plate evoque has just came out of the work shop for one thing or another that's gone wrong with it. I picked up my car yesterday and today the seal has gone again! And the system is doing it's own thing. I've lost so much time and money on this car that I pay through the nose for and no one seems to want to help me get this sorted the company and finance suppliers just keep passing the blame on. What can I do ?



I feel let down by completely.



I call and don't get answers then I don't get calls back. I wait days for hire vehicals when mine is broken. I loose thousands on taking my car back and forward. This needs sorting TAKE THIS PEICE OF SCRAP BACK!!

I went in with a range Rover sport it had an oil Leak Which went on to be and new oil cooler which went on to be a new turbo then egr valve then inter cooler with new hoses then onto turbo release valve then two new oxygen sensors all done in about 12 weeks 4weeks of witch to diagnose the two sensors

FAO OF CUSTOMER SERVICE (although it seems there isn’t one or no one cares!) I arrived with my car over a week ago, was bawled out by someone twice upon arrival when I stopped on the forecourt, as it was so busy, I was literally just going to ask where I should leave my car! Booked the car in with 3 issues, sadly on pick up had to make a series of complaints as only one carried out (1st time I’ve used you) a week later I have heard nothing from you! There was a serious lack of communication, no customer service so Needless to say I will be going back to guy salmon Coventry (but live in Dorridge so thought you would be the better option).
