Will not use any other VW dealership than Droitwich. Had a major problem with my van , which was collected from me and a hire van left in place while mine was being fixed. A Week later my van was delivered back to me and now drives like a brand new van now. The customer service was faultless. Huge thanks to Anne and Dale.

What a great Van Centre! It’s a rare thing nowadays to find a business who puts the customer first, amazed at the willingness of the staff during a recent issue I had with my van. They dropped everything to get me back on the road quickly. I would like to say a big thank you to the gent (sorry I didn’t get your name) with the really shiny shoes and big chin - you were the one that made it all happen today. Thank you �

We had one of our transporter vans in for its first service on Saturday . Great friendly service and a fast turn around . Thank you very much listers

We had a problem with worn out brake pads while on holiday in England. The service of Listers Van Service in Droitwich and particularly the workshop controler Dale Withers was straightforward, friendly and extremely professional. They did a vehicle health service and discovered that the drive shaft was also worn and would not persevere for much longer. Within 24 hours the spare part could be provided and installed. They also provided a video documentation for our garage back home in Germany. We were even offered a free lunch and breakfast during the waiting period. The service really left nothing to be desired, Thank you very much.

Very impressed with my visit to Listers Worcestershire. I rang to book my Caddy in for some warning lights. Chap who I spoke to was very helpful, and kindly fitted me in the next day! On arrival, was seen promptly, and offered a coffe. The problem was diagnosed very quickly, and the chap who was dealing with me (sorry, didn’t get your name) was very informative all the way through. I’m very pleased that this will be my local dealership for my new van!

I would especially like to thank Dan Cooper who went out of his way to get me a great price on a P/X and even came in on his day off to hand the van over. First Class! Well done and thanks �

I cannot recommend these guys enough - when I was towed to the dealership in a hire vehicle well out of area with a clutch problem from the second we walked in the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating (even looking after our Springer Spaniel who was with us) and giving us all a lift to the train station when we had exhausted all other possibilities of getting mobile that day! I have had the misfortune to work in several dealerships in this industry over the past 10+ years before going self employed and have never come across anyone more helpful and friendly than every single member of staff in here - don't go ANYWHERE else, no-one can possibly beat this place for customer service and friendliness. Amazing. Thank you everyone.

Had an issue with my Caravelle door cards rubbing on my wheel arches. I popped in to talk to Listers who took my van into the workshop there and then to see if there was anything that could be done. My van needed to be booked in. When I took it back a couple of parts needed had been pre ordered. I collected it the next day. The issue has been fixed. Great service from Listers. Thanks.

Dale and the lads got my van sorted at the drop of a needle, even washed it and gave it a health check for free, along with the complimentary diet coke, great service

Costumer service was great. They had a busy day but were able to fit me in short notice. We are travelling in a 1991 T4 California and they spent hours looking over it to sort a few electrical issues. Such nice people and helped diagnose the likely problems and gave me options for ways to fix it down the track. All for a really cheap price, which was really nice. Would recommend highly.

Cannot fault the service from these guys.

I've brought parts in the past and they have been spot on.

But today there service surpassed anything I've had before. Dropped in with a problem after having to break into my van(only way through smashing window), recoded my keys that had lost code and replaced glass with spare they had.

Absolutely excellent.

Brought my t6 from these guys last year had a recall from vw rang up and they booked me in straight away and sorted out another issue I had can't fault the place always happy to help and quick turn around i will be happy to bring my van back time and time again thanks guys

After being let down by my local VW garage on a couple occasions i was pointed in the direction of this van centre.

After speaking with Dale and Daniel i knew my van would be looked after.

Superb service, got the van back today and it runs perfect again.

Won't be taking my van anywhere else in future couldn't recommend enough.

Our T5 was in with Listers today for a full service and cambelt change.We cant fault the service at all- from 1st point of contact with Ann in the service dept to the drivers who collected and delivered back our camper,they were all super efficient,courteous and the camper runs and sounds smashing.Thankyou to the whole team for a very smooth, hassle free & enjoyable experience .we will see you next time for sure!

Will not use any other VW dealership than Droitwich. Had a major problem with my van , which was collected from me and a hire van left in place while mine was being fixed. A Week later my van was delivered back to me and now drives like a brand new van now. The customer service was faultless. Huge thanks to Anne and Dale.

What a great Van Centre! It’s a rare thing nowadays to find a business who puts the customer first, amazed at the willingness of the staff during a recent issue I had with my van. They dropped everything to get me back on the road quickly. We had a problem with worn out brake pads while on holiday in England. The service of Listers Van Service in Droitwich and particularly the workshop controler Dale Withers was straightforward, friendly and extremely professional. They did a vehicle health service and discovered that the drive shaft was also worn and would not persevere for much longer. Within 24 hours the spare part could be provided and installed. They also provided a video documentation for our garage back home in Germany. We were even offered a free lunch and breakfast during the waiting period. The service really left nothing to be desired, Thank you very much.

Very impressed with my visit to Listers Worcestershire. I rang to book my Caddy in for some warning lights. Chap who I spoke to was very helpful, and kindly fitted me in the next day! On arrival, was seen promptly, and offered a coffe. The problem was diagnosed very quickly, and the chap who was dealing with me (sorry, didn’t get your name) was very informative all the way through. I’m very pleased that this will be my local dealership for my new van!

I cannot recommend these guys enough - when I was towed to the dealership in a hire vehicle well out of area with a clutch problem from the second we walked in the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating (even looking after our Springer Spaniel who was with us) and giving us all a lift to the train station when we had exhausted all other possibilities of getting mobile that day! I have had the misfortune to work in several dealerships in this industry over the past 10+ years before going self employed and have never come across anyone more helpful and friendly than every single member of staff in here - don't go ANYWHERE else, no-one can possibly beat this place for customer service and friendliness. Amazing. Thank you everyone.

Had an issue with my Caravelle door cards rubbing on my wheel arches. I popped in to talk to Listers who took my van into the workshop there and then to see if there was anything that could be done. My van needed to be booked in. When I took it back a couple of parts needed had been pre ordered. I collected it the next day. The issue has been fixed. Great service from Listers. Thanks.

Dale and the lads got my van sorted at the drop of a needle, even washed it and gave it a health check for free, along with the complimentary diet coke, great service

Costumer service was great. They had a busy day but were able to fit me in short notice. We are travelling in a 1991 T4 California and they spent hours looking over it to sort a few electrical issues. Such nice people and helped diagnose the likely problems and gave me options for ways to fix it down the track. All for a really cheap price, which was really nice. Would recommend highly.

I've brought parts in the past and they have been spot on.

But today there service surpassed anything I've had before. Dropped in with a problem after having to break into my van(only way through smashing window), recoded my keys that had lost code and replaced glass with spare they had.

Absolutely excellent.

Brought my t6 from these guys last year had a recall from vw rang up and they booked me in straight away and sorted out another issue I had can't fault the place always happy to help and quick turn around i will be happy to bring my van back time and time again thanks guys

After being let down by my local VW garage on a couple occasions i was pointed in the direction of this van centre.

After speaking with Dale and Daniel i knew my van would be looked after.

Superb service, got the van back today and it runs perfect again.

Won't be taking my van anywhere else in future couldn't recommend enough.
