Lock'S Garage

my husband n i moved to Wormbridge when we got married ,n have lived n worked on the Whitfield Estate ever since n became customers of Locks which we love ,staff are fantastic, friendly , helpful kind n always have a smile , where else could you find Post Office , petrol oil,meat honey n masses of groceries, wine milk etc etc etc etc i could go on n on . thankyou Phill n MARG n all the young ladies for being LOCKS GARAGE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The blonde and dark haired ladies behind the counter who served me and my daughter ice cream was very polite and cheerful towards us considering it was packed yesterday (Sunday) ! So patient and polite..Loads of smiles and chat for my little girl although it was so busy she didn't rush us off !

Lovely first experience of locks ice cream �

On our way to Hereford town yesterday and we just had to have our first Locks ice-cream. Oh my days... It was so delicious �. The staff were really friendly and helpful and there was a vast array of local products for sale. We will definitely be back for more!

Locks Garage is a very unique place the food stuffs are of very high quality with an unusual selection. So many home produced and homemade things available to and of course the famous and luscious ice cream. All this and friendly helpful staff

Ice cream so nice friendly people in nice surroundings pity there is no coffee shop here it would be advantageous for me plus it's only 6 miles from my home in Ewyas Harold , nice place

Great selection .even out of the way. Cheap fuel. Local produce. Ice creams to die for. I try to take my trainees up for ice cream if they are good my treat. £1 a head lol. 2 trainees and myself . Cheaper than a coffee..

Fantastic ice creams. Very good coffee (for a garage ) and always friendly staff.

And there ain't a lot they don't sell.

Been stopping in Lock's Garage for years and years and almost never Ride or Drive past.

Don''t be put off by the size of the ice-cream queue; it moves really fast. And the ice-cream is worth waiting for.

Biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiig ice creams.

Best ice creams ever, so love watching people coming out of the garage with their ice creams and their happy faces, well done Locks Garage.

Love it or f*ck off!

cant eat ice cream anymore... however 35p for a fist size chunk of garlic who cares love the fresh produce!

I have just been to get an ice cream at the garage, the red headed older lady behind the till was very very rude! She assumed I wanted 4 ice creams when in fact I wanted 3 and a slush she never gave me me chance to say what I wanted! As I wasn’t sure of the prices I asked for ice creams with flake when she rudely informed me that they were all the same price! She needs a lesson in customer service!

This hasn’t put us off coming as we have all enjoyed the ice cream and will be back soon �

Absolutely amazing shop! The range of different produce. Stuff I've never seen before. We bought fresh burgers and they were so tasty. Oh and don't even get me started on the ice creams 🤣

Took my little girl for ice cream but found the staff to be rude.... the que was huge and the staff was not at all helpfull

Just took my children here for an ice cream treat and sorry to say the customer service is absolutely disgusting. Staff really need some customer service training. Spoken to like utter rubbish , made feel very awkward and embarrassed. Won't be back again in a hurry.
