By the end of Day 2, Our CoBot partners were already able to programme the CoBot for complex torch movements, to include outside corners, inside corners and circles.
They also had fun with welding some parts up, using our unique Lorch Cobotronic Software and patented Speed welding processes.

Day 1 complete.
Our UK delegates have successfully learned how to commission a brand new CoBot straight from the box, to include dressing the robot with its welding torch, interfacing to the Powersource and setting the “virtual” work areas and safe zones.
Tomorrow they will learn programming and servicing and by the end of the day, will of successfully welded a “Masterpiece”, which will include intricate corners, and vertical seams.

At Lorch UK we have been working on putting some “samples” together for our Sales partners to show when they are out and about visiting their end customers. As they say, a picture or in this case a sample, speaks a thousand words.
Here is the first batch, showing SpeedPulse-XT, TwinPulse-XT and SpeedUp. All on Stainless Steel and the quality that our machines and processes can achieve.
