Staff was very helpfull yesterday the best service Ive received whilst shopping here. I managed to get my bag stamped whilst i waited and was even given a glass of champagne whilst i waited. Great shopping experience and i will be back nearer Christmas for a new scarf x

Just returned from my first visit to the Birmingham store, was greeted with a smile and pleasant hello, from Nathan, what a lovely man, so helpful and friendly, he found out it was my birthday and when I got home I found a personalised birthday card in the bag, such a lovely surprise, I didn't find the staff of the shop snooty at all, just very welcoming, I will be shopping there again very soon. :-)

I want everything out the shop that they sell that is all :)

I cannot speak highly enough about this store. Martha is amazing, without her I never would have gotten the bag that I had so desperately been searching for. Martha went above and beyond and I cannot thank her enough. I cannot recommend this store enough, if I could give it more then 5 stars I would.
