Morning gratitudes! I feel like IвАЩve just come out of hibernation! Yet another layer of old me has been shed рЯШК рЯТЂ
IвАЩve woken up, for what feels like the first time in a long time, feeling fully rested рЯШКWaking up to sunshine makes such a difference too.
Here is what makes me happy first thing in the morning рЯШК I allow myself one nice coffee first thing to wake myself up. In a big, bright & cheerful Cath Kidston mug! And I love a raw cashew & date bar рЯШК

So it turns out that new moon on Thursday night did a few things to a few people - both in the positive & negative.
New starts, revelations, epiphanies, all often come hand in hand with a rather unpleasant kick. Not always, but sometimes. Kick start. Kick into touch. Kick some sense into someone. рЯ§ЈвАНвЩАпЄП
ItвАЩs always an opportunity to shed some old layers, maybe old habits, to grow, to learn, to embrace the new knowledge and to start acting on it to bring congruence.

The weather has the ability to take me back in time to a moment. Even from childhood. Sometimes I can place it vividly. Other times less.

Gosh! I havenвАЩt posted here for over 2 weeks! And on reflection, it has been an extremely exciting, busy, fun time, full of potential opportunities and masses of personal progress & development. My energy levels have peaked & troughed over that time as my body & mind have shed old layers & old ways of thinking рЯШК
I am a firm believer in the concept that in our life, we have several metaphorical tanks that need to be regularly topped up in order to maintain a healthy balance i...n our lives.
So IвАЩve spent time with my son, among artists, writers, with friends, in discussions, watching live music, travelling to other cities, learning in lectures & workshops, taking on new work opportunities, filming comedy sketches and performing stand-up and forging new friendships. And from that have come a great number of wonderful opportunities and potential for new projects and collaborations in a number of different spheres. вЭ§пЄП
It has been a period of great personal healing in many ways and has helped to forge new, positive & stronger neural pathways. And was totally unplanned рЯШК
I am so so grateful to all of the wonderful people who have played their part in this impromptu adventure over the past 2 weeks рЯЩПрЯПљ I am so so happy right now with the nourishing that my soul has received & absorbed. рЯТЂ

Tomorrow is very much a day of #nurture & #replenishing рЯШК IвАЩve been very preoccupied & feeling dragged down with those feelings associated with the concept of вАШshouldвАЩ, yet not doing. Feeling very tired & sleeping a lot. I think tomorrowвАЩs purpose is to remind me of what is important in life - my son & things that spark joy рЯМЯ

Popped out to see my trusty friend, the good old full moon рЯШК And itвАЩs another supermoon! I love the full moon. They say it reveals things to us, and it has certainly been my experience in the past!
There is quite an irony about the February full moon for me. I had a key realisation around February full moon last year, which went on to reveal a whole sequence of discoveries which changed my life and my perception & understanding of the previous 5 and a half years of my life. It took a month to unfold and culminated in the вАШanswerвАЩ being revealed to me on the night of the March full moon. It truly amazes me!
Well, there has already been one rather amusing revelation for me so far! I hope it reveals something to you too and maybe shines the light onto something that you have been wondering about or struggling with recently рЯЩПрЯПљрЯТЬрЯТЂ рЯСБ

рЯ§Ф Hmmm... a funny old few days. No obvious external factors. All is good! Lots of positive things happening. I enjoy my work. My comedy is going well still & being noticed by all of the right people. Spent quality time with family. Shared good times with friends. My health is good. I have things to look forward to. So what can be throwing me off track so?
The planets!! Seriously! Or rather the changes in our energy as they move. The full supermoon tomorrow for starters. The ...shadow of mercury retrograde also begins tomorrow. And today marks the start of a huge, life-changing cycle for me personally, which lasts for 8 years!! Today marks the start of my Chiron return, which happens around the time of our 50th year and brings life lessons, and the opportunity to heal life-wounds, make changes and evolve, based on what we have learnt.
Chiron returned briefly for me between April - end of September last year. That was my learning period. Now it is back for 8 years and marks my time to step into my light & speak my truth. To heal. It coincides with a similar shift with my work life, all set for a change and success. So. We shall see! рЯТЬрЯЩПрЯПљ

Tomorrow I have been invited as a guest to be interviewed on a local Birmingham Radio Station. Then I am meeting a comedy friend for coffee & catch up who is also an actor, who just happens to be returning to my favourite soap, Corrie!
Today I received co...nfirmation that I will be performing at a gig in Covent Garden in April, and then received a DM from a very lovely comedy actress, a star of the West End and also a screen star in Ab Fab The Movie, saying she will come to see me perform! рЯШ≥
