We booked a holiday with Louise in 2015 we told Louise what type of holiday we wanted and were we wanted to go she give us lots of choices we picked the one we liked and me and my wife had such a brilliant holiday so we booked up again with Louise this year wants again she was vary helpful reliable and vary friendly would not hesitate to recommend her she will do her up most to find a holiday at the right price so I would like say a big thank you to Louise from Arthur and Sue

We are due to go on holiday shortly and were recommended to call upon Louise to organise it for us. The feedback from friends who have had Louise's help has all been very positive and we are in a queue of some very happy customers. This is our first package holiday as a family and initially we felt overwhelmed as to where to start looking. Louise kick started the process with enthusiasm and together we built a shopping list of what we wanted from a holiday and our budget. Within a matter of hours she had sourced us some beautiful options and offered to us suggestions that would make our holiday even better. There was no hidden agenda or hard sell, very much a "what do you think" and "would you like me to have another look and maybe fine tune a few options". What impressed us so much was her attention to detail and how proactive she is in going that little bit further to make the booking right. There was a moment where Louise wasn't 100 per cent happy with a specific so she sought clarification and came back to us very swiftly and said I'm happy because I have all the detail. How reassured do we feel knowing that in a world of "it'll do," there is one person who believes it has to be better by miles. Thanks Louise.

We always book our holidays through Louise. She always finds the best hotels, flight times and locations. We book our trips with her before we travel so that all we have to do is catch the plane, turn up at our hotel and enjoy a stress-free holiday. Personal service is invaluable when choosing our holiday and Louise always provides the best.

Louise you are a star,, we have just got back from a family holiday in Greece. We gave Louise a task with two weeks notice to find us a holiday at peak time in August ! Louise is really profession, fast efficient in what she does! She's found a few holidays for us now and always managed to match or beat other prices, she looks for amazing deals, she does the hard work for you if you don't want to trawl through sites. She even went out of her way on her day off! Nothing seems too much trouble!

She recently sorted out my mum and her husband when they booked last minute and managed to find them an upgraded room for same price!

I recently booked to go to New York just before Christmas with a friend through Louise. As ex-Cabin Crew, I could not believe the exceptional prices that Louise was able to quote us, notwithstanding the ease of booking through her as opposed to trawling the internet for the best deals.
