Recently iv had a deep tissue massage on my upper body which I must say has helped me out loads my shoulder and back feel so much more relaxed and had relieved a lot of tension. Iv also had 2 treatments of acupuncture from Louise for my re occurring headaches, severe indigestion and to see if it would help with my sleep talking issues. Headaches seem to be a thing of the past, indigestion is minimal and my sleep talking seems to have calmed down. I would highly recommend enquiring about acupuncture to help with your issues stick needles in you isn't as bad as it sounds. Louise talked through so many issues it helps with I would always turn to acupuncture for future issues. Louise also made me feel very comfortable throughout all my treatments, I wouldn't turn to anyone else for my therapeutic needs 5*.

Myself and my daughter have both seen Louise for hypnotherapy. It has been worth every penny as worked for us both. Louise is such a lovely person. My daughter is now seeing her for acupuncture. Would highly recommend Louise for any treatment.

I have had two reflexology sessions with Louise and I absolutely love it! It is very relaxing and I feel my energy levels are steadily increasing in between sessions. I had never had reflexology before and now I don't want to stop! Louise provides a relaxing environment and is very knowledgable. I first started seeing Louise a few weeks ago as I had joint pain and stiffness brought on by having chemotherapy last year to treat breast cancer. Before my first treatment I was in a lot of pain which was really getting me down. I don’t know how acupuncture works but for the first time in months I am nearly pain free. Thank you Louise for giving me my life back

I cannot believe how my tennis elbow and neck pain has reduced since having massage and acupunture from Louise. My neck movement had also been poor having had a double discectomy in 2015. But now its almost back to normal. Cant thank Louise enough. Definitely recommend you use her.

From the perspective of a regularly training triathlete who competes in Ironman races Louise knows exactly what she's doing both before the race, focus in on as that I did not even know we're problems and then certainly aiding my recovery after the strains of the race. I would definately recommend Louise to others.
