What you would expect from a farm we Loved it feeding the baby lambs and the tour round the farm was great the farmer was a great host, good value for money.

User

Went to this great little farm yesterday and what a lovely couple of hours we had from feeding the animals my 2 boys loved playing on the park and pedal cars we then walked around the nature trail and then went to the tractor trail to which looked like it had ended for the day until farmer ray spotted us and 2 others who hadn't took our ride he was more then helpful in taking us it was no trouble at all to him we were the very last customers for the day he also took a family photo for us which was brilliant as we don't have many of us 4 thank you farmer ray

User

Went Saturday for the open farm day kids absolutely loved it, spent 4 hours there...Went on the tractor ride, did both the woodland walks. Brought some sandwiches and stuff from the shops and had a picnic and had Ice creams and both had a small toy and spent the grand total of £18 for 3 of us all day..... as previous said there's a few Xmas decs still up, Santa's grotto still in the woods but the kids thought it magical. It's a working farm and farmers need as much help and support as they can get at the moment would go again in a heart beat. They conservation work they're doing is amazing and I think we could all take a leaf out of their book.

This is a great working farm run by people who are passionate about farming and the animals they rear. It’s not a theme park. It reminds me of the farms I lived near too growing up in rural Cheshire and Shropshire. There are different animals to see and feed and a great tractor ride to enjoy. Also lots of fresh air and a bit of mud at times. There is a little cafe and a shop selling a few trinkets and Ice creams. So what if a few Christmas decorations Are on show around the place still. That does not stop you enjoying the animals and enjoying a day on a working farm. I loved exploring farmyards when I was a child and a bit of muck never bothered me. The children I saw at the farm today were having a great time and the animals are well looked after. Enough said.

User

The kids loved it so much they want to come everyday of half term. It’s what a farm should be. Muddy and grubby.

Kids loved feeding the lambs and the petting the rabbits. Staff couldn’t do enough to help and Farmer Ray was fab on the tractor ride. Value for money. We even upgraded our visit to the season pass. Thanks all

User

On arrival the farm looked a little shabby but DO NOT let that put you off!!!

This is a wonderful working farm that opens its doors to families in school holidays and is well worth a visit.

From the moment we arrived all the staff were very friendly, accommodating and seem to really enjoy their job. They came round to find us to let know which activities were happening so we didn’t miss out and they were all very happy to answer any questions we had.

There are masses of fun things for kids to do along side looking, petting and feeding the animals too. Plus an added bonus of Plenty of places to have picnics both inside and outside.

Sure the grass was a little over grown and the buildings are all a little mismatched but that adds to the beauty of the place.

We’ve had a fantastic day and will definitely return for more farm fun!!

Well done Lower Drayton Farm Team x

User

My favourite thing about this place is ray and the tractor ride, its informative and fun! Where else could you stroke an emu, feed a llama, watch a calf get milk from his mom and learn all about combined harvesting! We loved it thank you :)

User

Me and my friend came here today and had a great time, the farm tractor tour was very informative and enjoyed the nature walk and the cafe, along with great customer service, will be back again soon

User

I want to thank this place for such a wonderful day, the price was cheap, and the farmer was very entertaining, he gave us a thorough tour guide, staff were friendly and helpful, there was plenty to keep us entertained, even got a few return ticket for when weather picks up, will defo be taking my kids back here. Have to admit the feeding the lambs was one of my favourite things to do and I got to do it, it was simply amazing, normally don’t last tha long at farms with weather being cold but we arrived before it open and left jus before it shut!! Thank you all so much 💙❤️💙

User

Great day out for us all ,farmer Ray was fab with kids and parents and grandparents, staff were great too! Feeding the lambs was fab and so everything else! Think value for money was ok it's a working farm and just what kids need fresh air and a bit of mud won't hurt anyone !!!! And if not sure about anything as farmer Ray says google it lol!!!! We will be back!

User

First visit today and i echo what others have said ,Don't let the entrance put you off and yes some things could do with replacing but my little 3 year son and i thoroughly enjoy our day here and the tractor ride with farmer Ray was great, 1 hour ride and told so many things about the animals and got to feed them, brill thumbs up from us.

And all the staff was welcoming and friendly.

User

Fantastic farm my kids love it here. All the staff really helpful and friendly. The farmer takes time to talk to adults and kids. Brilliant tractor ride and no extra cost when you are there. Would highly recommend.

User

Brilliant first trip to Lower Drayton today. Lovely to visit a really authentic farm. The children loved it. The tractor ride with the farmer was great & lovely to hear him talk so personably about the animals, all the staff were great with letting the children get involved with the animal feeding & petting. Fab entertainment for them with the playing items. Looking forward to a return visit in the summer to discover more of the farm.

User

Amazing farm, staff were really helpful and you could tell everyone really cared about their animals. Loads to do there, plenty of animals too see! Tractor ride was great. Definitely be coming again soon! ÔøΩÔøΩÔøΩÔøΩ

We came pumpkin picking today. We were greeted at reception by staff dressed as the witch and the bat and they were lovely with our 3 year old boy. The girls on reception were very helpful and smiley. We were told by the lovely, smiley farmer that we were in time for the next tractor ride to the pumpkins that was ready to leave, so we made our way straight round to it. We were greeted by a young girl who went to shut the gate on us, we explained the farmer had just told us we were in time to get on before it left. She reluctantly re opened the gate and just as my sons feet touched the steps to get onto the seated trailer she felt the need to very rudely say ‘hurry up the tractors about to leave’ with a very grumpy face. It’s a shame when all the other staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful that one member of staff can act like that. When we got to the pumpkins the farmer was happy to take family photos for you showing off your pumpkins. The farm is very much a working farm so don’t expect too much. We all had a lovely couple of hours feeding the animals, playing on the park, riding the peddle cars..yes the crafts/games room is a little tired and the haunted house a little poor but it’s a lovely couple of hours out for the family and I’m sure we will visit again in the future as we didn’t get chance to do the nature walk or woodland walk. Our kids left happy and our eldest even saying ‘can we come again next year’, thank you for a lovely morning

User

Pretty as a picture it isn't and initially I thought a tad expensive but the staff were friendly and helpful and Farmer Ray was very hands on and involving. The grandkids enjoyed themselves for 3 hours on a cold and muddy afternoon and we all enjoyed feeding the lambs.

User

I'll have to say it wasn't what I was expecting, but it is a working farm and me & my daughter had a lovely afternoon & Farmer Ray was great made it fun for all & all staff were so friendly and feeding the lambs was lovely felt abit rushed tho & not sure it's value for money needs updating abit, but I would go again

User

Grandchildren loved it even though they were freezing, they loved the tractor ride and feeding the lambs, they said the best bit were the grass sledges, lovely day out, needs bit of work in places, but it is a working farm, will definitely be going back again at easter time x

User

The whole place looks very very run down, and looks they a scrap yard plus the health safety of the place is awful. It was very pricey for what was there (our 2 and half yr old ticket was more expensive then ours) We went on the woodland walk which still had all the Christmas decorations up. We brought animal feed which you couldn’t really use to feed the animals as they were two

Fences away. Overall the staff were friendly and the lamb feeding was good however we would not go back here!! A lot better farms to go too!!
