#Throwback to when our chef Chris showed everyone how it’s done with the Farm to Fork demo at the Stratford Town Centre Food Festival
Chris, local butcher Adam Lucock from Barry The Butcher and local farmer Duncan Hawley talked the audience through the whole process from rearing a top quality animal to butchering it correctly and transforming it into one of the delicious dishes you get at Loxleys.
