Will you champion the House of the Dragon or the House of the Lion in our Tournament of Knights presented by Combat Through the Ages? Using sword, mace and quarter-staff, these fearsome knights will battle it out to claim victory at Ludlow Castle. Join us on Saturday night for a fiery finale including flaming swords and maces!

The Hands on History tent in the Inner Bailey is packed full with games and hands-on activities. You’ll also find Kris Katchit’s Circus Skills workshops here and The Medieval Spellwright will write you a personalised spell to take home! Make your own illuminated letter as a souvenir with Kate Johnston of Four and Twenty Arts plus there’s a whole host of medieval games for you to try your hand at!

Feeling hungry? With stalls spread throughout the Castle grounds in our decorated marquees and historical tents, you'll find all our exhibitors dressed in their Medieval finery (with a few peasants and monks in the mix) ready to help you find your perfect Christmas gift or a unique treat.
