i cant remeber who served me but she was fab in fact all the staff memebers were brill..... i have never liked lush the smell used to go rite to my head and then for my bday my boyf bought me some ..... i thought well i best try em ���� i am now hooked i had more for xmas and we popped in other day and he treated me again.... the girls were all helpful and gave me a gift 2 try aswell , forgive me if im wrong but think it was a bubble bar.... i am now a massive fan of lush ��

Went into lush to "cheer myself up" and I felt exactly that when I left. As soon as I walked in a lovely lady called Imogen approached me and asked me if I needed any help. I'd always wanted to try out face cleansers in Lush but never knew where to start. She sat me down and asked a few questions so I could try a few different cleaners which will be good for my specific skin type. She spent so much time with me explaining about the products and telling me all the different oils, herbs and exfoliants that were in each product. It did not feel rushed or as if I was pressured to buy anything at all which you can sometimes feel like in shops like lush. She was very friendly and kind throughout and I felt more comfortable to make a purchase knowing about the products and what they do. Imogen is an amazing! She is kind but professional and made me come out of the shop smiling when I went in feeling down. Thank you Imogen! I will definitely be returning. 😊

Went into lush in merry hill with my pregnant wife for her to get herself some new bath bombs and bubble bars, she also wanted ones with essential oils to help keep stretch marks at bay and was helped from start to finish by Cherise (the woman with the colourful hair!). She really was so nice to my wife as she’d been a little down with herself due to the pregnancy. She left the store smiling and Cherise even give her a free bath bomb to congratulate her with her pregnancy. I’ve never known customer service like it. Cherise your a star! She should be the lush customer service trainer!

Went into lush in merry hill today for a simple bath bomb for my mom who suffers with fyrbo. The girl on the till (Faye) was so helpful and kind and treated my mother to one of your Simple Acts Of Kindness in the form of one of your relaxation rubs to sooth pain. She recommended it and spoke extremely highly of this product. I couldn't be happier with the service today and my mother was over the moon to try something that could help her pain

We love the new Lush store but our visit was made extra special today by Ryan who spent some time with my little boy helping him to choose a bubble bar and then gifting him his other favourite. Lovely store and lovely helpful staff. Thanks for making his day Ryan xx

Visited the new Lush today 5/12/17 at around 6:30pm after work for a quick look around and ended up staying over an hour. First of all was greeted by an very welcoming lady by the door, and was also shown the newest bath bombs in the sink, then was helped by Georgie and Imogen, very polite, funny, informative, and went out their way to make us feel relaxed and spent quality time showing us different products we had never even considered buying. Was shown the different facials on our hands and arms and were informed about which would work best for different skin types, its nice that they now have the space to show the products and not to be cramped in the tiny old shop. All staff members who we spoken to were friendly and made time for their customers, but Gerogie and Imogen really stood out, wonderful customer service from both, a credit to the shop. Its nice to go into a shop and see employees happy especially this time of year when most retail staff are stressed and getting abuse from customers. Dont ever leave reviews but thought they deserved to know how wonderful they made our shopping trip!

Visited Lush in Merryhill,Christmas Eve :I was greeted by Rosie, her customer service is second to none .Rosie interacted with my niece Bella ,who is three years old.Bella had a great time because Rosie was so attentive to her and tried samples on her hands and let her smell samples. I explained that I had come in to purchase Snow Fairy because my autistic nephew is confused by the smell of the products and will often try and eat them and due to this I was all out because of this she let me have the Snow Fairy as an act of kindness .This really made my day,thank you so much Rosie!

My first visit to the new store, looking for my trusty elbow grease! Greeted by a smiley Imogen who helped me find it then offered me a little pamper sesh � had a fun hour trying products and laughing! Bought myself a whole new skincare routine and my nursey hands got some much needed tlc.....

I visited the new store last week to buy a gift - I never usually shop in Lush - however, I will be back! I was greeted by a lovely staff member, her name was Saffron, who helped me choose a gift as well as a couple of treats for myself. She was very friendly, helpful and knowledgable about all of the products and shared her personal experiences of using the products with me to help me make an informed choice. She asked me questions about my lifestyle and quickly recommended products that I could not resist buying and have since tried and will definitely be buying again! I organised a lush party for my daughter's 18th as she is a huge Lush fan and customer. Ryan from merry hill store and his accomplice (lady, sorry can't remember her name!) were fab. We did have a bit of confusion at start but it was quickly sorted by Ryan who was an absolute diamond from beginning to end !!! My daughter had an amazing beginning to her birthday and highly recommend the party packages. Thank you Lush and Ryan you created a perfect memory. You need to bottle Ryan's party personality you would make a fortune!!!

I have just had the best customer service in lush Merry Hill!! So I spoke to a lovely girl Shaunagh and I asked if I could try some samples for some face masks that suited some dry/spotty areas of my skin! She got out a special slate plate full of things that she thought would adapt and help my skin! We tried them all on my hand and they all felt amazing! She gave me 2 samples of masks to try and I can’t wait to use them! After we finished I went off to buy a few gifts I went in for! (Always end up buying for myself to) lol and she came back over to me and gave me a complimentary jelly mask! So kind! Thank you so much for such a lovely experience we had such a laugh! 5 star customer service! Can’t wait to come back to buy some of the samples!

Big shout out to Rosie! I came in the other day and she was very friendly, professional, and definitely knew her stuff! She suggested Grease Lightening as well as Mask of Magnaminty and I’m not disappointed. I’ve suffered with oily skin & breakouts for as long as I can remember ... she knew all of the ingredients & their properties, and I’ve noticed a huge difference already. Thank you Rosie for all your help! ��

Amazing shop and everyone was so helpful and nice in there. Nat was especially lovely and. helpful. She stayed with us talking us through all the different products and knew all about them !!

Always amazing guest service and communication. Imogen is huge credit to your store. This is the second time I have visited this year and the second Imogen has been her wonderful self. She is attentive, listens to you and offers and offers the best advice she can. Such a joy to have a conversation with. I genuinely hope she is working every time I visit.

Such a shame that someone in Lush has thought up this misleading campaign that on face value doesn't differentiate between the police of today and what was done my a minority.

Lush, you have well & truly crossed the line.. I have been a Lush customer for 12+ years and sadly I now have to take my custom elsewhere.

I am a police officer and I am definitely not paid to lie.. your campaign is absolutely disgraceful.

My friends, family and colleagues and their families and friends will most likely take their custom elsewhere too.

Well done, you have lost yourselves an awful lot of customers.
