I've rarely encountered such wonderful service. I was trying to get a specific pair of earrings for my fiancée for Christmas, on the 23rd. They didn't have them in stock, but said that they could order it in from another shop. When I said that I unfortunately couldn't make it, the lady who was serving me offered to drive it round after she was finished on Christmas Eve. It wouldn't be much of an exaggeration to say she made Christmas!
