Given the time of year and how busy the salon is, we will be taking a 50% deposit on any service over £20 for reoccurring no shows, ammended appointments or late appointments where the service has to be changed, if 48 hours notice is not given prior. We send text message reminders to all of our clients 48 hours before, so if you cannot make your appointment we would really appreciate a phone call, so we can offer it to someone else. I’ve been coming to Mack for over 2 years now...tonight Claire did my daughters hair for her prom tonight...absolutely amazing.

I've never been 100% happy with my hair after visiting other salons but today I've had my hair done with jasmine and can't believe the results, amazing colourist, it's the best it's ever looked

I have been going to this salon for 9 years and it is the only salon I have walked in and felt relaxed cause the staff are all lovely and don't judge you or look at you funny. The new salon is amazing well done to Claire, Michelle and all the girls �

I had Demi as my hair stylist for my wedding last Saturday. She was a diamond from the hair trial to the actual day. We were made to feel so welcome by her and the job she did was absolutely stunning. Thank you so much for giving me everything I asked for and so much more! �

Even tho I had a mini meltdown on the way to my appt because I struggle to trust people doing my hair from bad experiences previously! The lady I had today was brilliant and I have now got a lot of trust for her!
