User

I went with a colleague to a business event in Birmingham this week - we stayed at DC Birmingham at Mailbox and had a brilliant time enjoying the shops and restaurants - we loved the hotel, the awesome Harvey Nichols, a lovely meal at Gas Street Social and browsing around. Everything is close by in walking distance - the canalside bars, the stations, theatres, ICC. We felt safe and comfortable in a city - and both vowed to return to Mailbox with our families. Super.

User

Had a lovely dinner with my hubby and friends. Very modern and stunning architectural amages inside the building. The enterior are very unique and eye-catching designs. I love to visit again and again......

User

Had a lovely after at the Mail box. The offers on the two for one cocktails are fab. Best cocktails are from the red peppers restaurant. Had a gorgeous meal in Miller and Carter. Had a fab birthday x

User

Had a great Lunch in Pizza Express sat outside over looking the Canal. Weather was great, lovely and warm. Decided not to walk back to Costa Coffee but have one in Starbucks, what a mistake. Service was less than poor, the coffee was week and when I asked about "sprinkle" I was told "you get it yourself mate, it's over there". Almost ruined a perfect day

Won't be going back to Starbucks again.. The shopping mall was really clean and even the security guards had a smile, obviously don't work for Starbucks. Hope to return soon but next time we WILL walk back to Costa coffee.

User

Great place to visit well laid out top shops and restaurants also a great start to walk the canal to Brindley place for even more restaurants and bars.

User

Fab night out with good company, felt like I was on holiday, loved The Mailbox, never been before I shall be returning, frequently!!!

User

A Lovely place to visit , we come to Birmingham regularly and this is our favourite area to stay . There's great shops & restaurants. Take a nice stroll alongside the canal & you come to Brindley place & if you want something abit more lively there's Broad Street :-)

User

I still like the mailbox and the choice of restaurants, however it lacks a good drinking bar now that bar room bar has gone, it does lack atmosphere also so this is why I give it a 3 out of 5. Also I've never stayed in such an expensive car park....£7.50 is rather steep for just 3 hours!!!

User

Went to Malmaison yesterday for a Hen Party Afternoon Tea costing £17.50. The drinks were missed out and only one tea bag per pot which made it very weak, no teaspoons available for sugar, no spoons for some of the desserts, all in all a very disappointing afternoon, would not recommend this place for a special event

User

Mailbox App still doesn't work on Android. How hard can it be to make an app?
