Mak Hair Repair T: 01384 596351 Olaplex What is #Olapex? Olaplex is creating a buzz in the hair industry and our clients are constantly asking us about it. Olaplex is a new innovative hair chemistry system that repairs broken disulfide bonds in the hair.
... To break it down for you, your hair is made up of two disulfide bonds. Anything you do to it chemically or mechanically breaks those bonds over time. When a bond is broken it leave two single bonds floating around in your hair strand. Olaplex is a chemistry made to find single bonds and put them back together, repairing them.
Now I'm sure all this sounds like a bunch of mumbo-jumbo to you but this is huge. This is sooooo big. There is nothing like this on the market. It's the first of its kind. There is no product you can buy that can repair your hair from the inside out. We have deep conditioning treatments/hair masks, whatever you like to call them that will repair the hair on the outside ( they definitely do help ) but nothing that goes into the hair and repairs.
