Yet again a magnificent stay at the gorgeous Mallory Court Hotel and Spa. A sumptuous 7 course tasting menu was enjoyed by both my partner and I, amazing flavours, menu and presentation, credit must also be given to the magnificent and attentive friendly restaurant staff, nothing was too much effort.



This morning we got to experience the Elan Spa, yet again we weren't disappointed, Georgina is an absolute credit to you Elan Spa and delivers the most amazing Aromatherapy massage I have ever had. Keep it up guys, and if you haven't been and experienced this amazing Hotel, book it you won't be disappointed.

We went to the Elan spa half day with afternoon tea on Friday 10th November and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The afternoon tea was lovely, as were all the staff. They couldn’t do enough for you and were so friendly every single one, from the receptionist Lucy, to the cafe/bar staff Nathan & elena to the masseuse Geraldine (hope I got the names right!)

The pool area is beautiful and well maintained as is the outdoor area.

The only constructive criticism I can give is they need to put a few clocks up so you don’t miss your treatment, especially outdoors where there isn’t one and the one in the pool area clock is very easy to miss. And lastly it would be great in the changing rooms if they had a bit more space to get ready makeup wise and supplied a machine to rinse your costume and straighteners.

Other than that it’s a beautiful place, in a beautiful setting with wonderful staff and we hope to come

Pleased to find an excellent Sunday roast beef on at the Brasserie, although those who had the lamb wellington spoke very highly of it. #torn. Very attentive staff, from all round Europe - Italy, Portugal and Hungary.

One of my absolute favourite hotels. The staff are delightful, the rooms, the breakfast,.. everything is just perfect.

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at Mallory Court. We stayed Sunday night in the new Orchard House rooms and had a wonderful experience. Everything about this beautiful hotel is stunning. The new Elan Spa is magical and if anyone finds fault they are just being spiteful. The staff are super attentive, the room we stayed in was both luxurious and had everything a guest could possibly wish for. The spa cafe is a delight and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast together before a walk around the gardens. Thanks you everyone for making our time with you so special �

Just stayed one night but didn't want to leave it was a lovely surprise getaway that my boyfriend had arranged for my birthday and had use of the spa and my treatment was amazing and relaxing and we went for food which was top notch but the room was amazing we loved the little touches added like complimentary soft drinks in the fridge and fresh fruit love it will definitely stay again thank you 😃

I haven’t enjoyed a hotel stay this much in a long time, since Langar Hall in Nottinghamshire.

The food is excellent. The service, from restaurant to reception to Spa, is old school (polite and attentive), and everyone is so friendly. It’s not cheap, but still it’s excellent value for money. Comfortable beds, too.

I cannot explain how amazing Bryony and all of the staff were for our wedding day and the build up to it. We had everything planned out with Bryony, and then complicated things by finding out I would be expecting on our wedding day (but our guests would not know until we announced it the day after the wedding!) so the staff did so many extra bits to help keep the surprise. They even went so far as to empty and sterilise a wine bottle then refill it with nonalcoholic wine so that I could be served 'wine' at top table!

Bryony was an absolute dream with the planning and running of our day, and gave me so much support when we had a few complications.

The food which we had for our wedding breakfast was incredible, as was the evening food and breakfast the next morning. Staff were all incredible, so attentive to everyone and made us feel very special.

Had a fantastic relaxing weekend for my boyfriends birthday. Brasserie food was excellent, the tasting menu was even better. All staff were really friendly. Really think the whole experience was amazing.

Had a fabulous time at the Spa, beautiful building and the staff all so attentive with a gentle disposition. Treatments amazing, left feeling completely relaxed.

Gorgeous hotel- attentive, professional and friendly staff, excellent food, comfortable beds, beautiful grounds. We had a private function room for a celebratory dinner and it really couldn’t have been much better. Thank you Mallory Court!

Evening business meeting with overnight stay, stayed in the Terrace Suite, exceptional, the attention to detail was excellent with the suite being very well appointed. Enjoyed a lovely evening meal where the staff were attentive but not overbearing. The reception staff were very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was very enjoyable with the staff ensuring everything was as it should be. Thank you to all at Mallory Court for making my brief visit comfortable and enjoyable.

Cannot rate Mallory Court highly enough.

We got married here two years ago and decided to return for an anniversary night away, it was great two years ago but with the new spa and more garden landscaping, it's even better now.

We were made to feel so welcome as soon as we arrived and nothing was too much for the staff.

Food in the Brasserie was 10/10 as usual and the personal touches in our room were lovely.

I am pregnant and decided to have a maternity massage in the spa, my husband went to the pool where robes and towels were provided, the staff here were also great, even the lady who had just started 3 days before.

Reading the reviews I actually can't believe some of the negatives, I suppose you can't please everyone but don't let these put you off, this place is amazing!

Special mention to Bryony who remembered us and even our names from two years ago!

My only upset was that I couldn't use all the spa facilities due to being pregnant so that only means I'll have to return once the baby is born :-)

Mallory today for Mother’s Day lunch and boy what a treat it was. We had our wedding reception last year in June with you and it was the most amazing day we could wish for and it was a delight to return with my family today to share Mother’s Day with exceptional food and service as always. We will be returning once again soon (hopefully at Easter!) Mallory is just right for us!

Beautiful gardens, gorgeous spa and pool, pity we couldn't make full use of them with the baby! Staff are SOOO helpful and friendly, what a welcoming atmosphere ... they really go out of their way to help! Breakfast was delicious too, and getting it delivered to the room was very nice. Would definitely go again!

Absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, lovely spa, amazing food, fantastic spacious room with so many touches that were just so far above and beyond what most hotels offer - especially loved that you give real milk not UHT sachets and the fruit and nuts and soft drinks were lovely extras. Cannot fault anything really, it would have been helpful if breakfast had started a little earlier on Saturday but that's the only improvement I can suggest.

Had a great night. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughtout the day.Only complaint we had was below our room was some sort of generator that was extremely noisy throughout the night that kept us awake. Tried to ring reception at 10.30 but twice was told no one was avaliable.
