Will (left) and Kiefer (right) have fewer than 10 Competitive Events between them and Kiefer’s first PPTQ was just TWO weeks ago!
They are now both 4-0 in our PPTQ and all but locked to make their first Top 8s! They are playing Bomat Red and Izzet Wizards respectively!

With a good range of products, at reasonable prices Manaleak is always one of my first stops for MTG supplies. The staff are friendly and eager to help, even with awkward bitty orders or changes. Will definately come back, and back, and back...

What can I say, I came from Wayland's forge and have been there for some time, eventually starting my own D&D session being a DM. The tables provided with the number of players in my group wasn’t to my liking at Waylands, as it didn’t scale well with my group. Which, is understandable with the store giving priority to larger groups (My group consist of 4 players and me as DM and most other group are 6 people). This is when I contacted ManaLeak Birmingham and to my surprise, one of the staff wholesomely greeted me and made me felt welcomed. Telling me that the store caters for D&D, MTG and other hobbyist traditional games, I took it to have a check with my group and book in one of the weeks.



The following week, we were welcomed by friendly faces telling me the reserved table was and that refreshment were there for us. This wasn’t needed but I admire the admiration that is placed for new customers, and that my friends felt comfortable knowing that they can have something to eat whiles easing into a new environment. The store in the early afternoon is peaceful and relaxing, when it does get late, people in the store respects others presence which makes the atmosphere peaceful. The tables are must larger which helps me keep track of items instead of putting it under the table like I use to, chairs are comfortable and what I really appreciate is that there’s space so that everyone doesn’t feel cramped.



Now I go there weekly with my friends, knowing a table is to our liking, were not cramped and can move tables if I feel that it’s an issue without being told off. There’s an archive full of MTG cards, if we felt like buying the singles if we wanted to play a quick MTG game and that I don’t have to shout over others to be heard as the store is quite large. A bonus is that I never felt the need to worry about snacks, drinks and light food as the store has a variety of items that are well priced to buy.



One of the day this week my friend had a birthday so we thought that ordering a pizza whiles playing D&D would be great. I told the staff a day prior and he was more than happy to allow it, this was great because like I mentioned before the tables being large worked well for food we ordered which was pizzas. That was a good day and that wouldn’t happen without the store being generous, that’s why I am happy to recommend this store to anyone who are interested in TCG, board games, D&D and other games. I want to thank especially Tu Manaleak Nguyen, for helping me and my friend be regular customers.

What absolutely amazing customer service. So I decided to be a real pain in the arse with an order - chopping and changing what I wanted.



Team went beyond the call of duty (including getting package back from the post office to alter it) to make me a happy customer - and happy I am.



Will happily recommend and happily order again (and I'll try to be more organized next time guys!)

Staff will always go out of thier way to make you a happy customer, it may mean you have to wait a little bit but they treat every customer as a long time friend, all you have to do is ask. Great atmosphere, no hard selling and staff are extremely knowledgeable in magic and if they dont know other customers are usually there to help you too. I always feel comfortable and at ease when at the store

Ordered 4 common magic cards, only website in the uk I could find them. Package arrived today with a load of cards (including a rare card) I didn’t order as a free gift. Outstanding customer service and I this will definitely be the first website I go to in future

I've ordered a few times from Manaleak now. I find that they have a good level of stock in and that it's very well priced.



More importantly than that though, for me, is the ease of use of the website. It works flawlessly on mobile and in a browser. It lets you search or 'tutor' for the cards individually, or with the deck builder - which allows you to search for scores of cards at a time, sorted however you like.



Finally, I've been in touch with the guys there about two of my orders, once explaining that I needed to get delivery for an upcoming game, who not only replied quickly, but fast-tracked the order for me to be able to play!



Great set-up, will be using again, and again.

Great place. We might've set off the alarm on the way in but hey, it's a super cool place, chill atmosphere, I got my decently priced Eldritch Moon boosters and the staff are nice people! Was in a hurry, but it seems like a great place to sit down and play some games, too!

Excellent customer service, after an order problem a representative emailed my to sort out the issue immediately, and even let me keep the extra items sent to me by mistake for my honesty. One of the best online stores I've dealt with.

Brilliant community always willing to help new players or even players who are experienced but not in a more competitive environment. Great atmosphere and very helpful staff. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Awesome staff and awesome events. I am disabled and the staff are very accommodating, the store has disabled access (very few steps at the entrance but there is a lift to the first floor). Friendly and professional.

As I sit here drinking my tea and writing this short review, I look at my (recently used) Chaos Predator tank and reminded myself about my game that was played at Manaleak .com in Birmingham...



The exterior is, infact misleading, and upon entering the complex, the interior was as if I entered an office! Climbing up the stairs and following the signs, I finally arrive at Manaleak .com; the place was lovely and spacious, full of refreshments and essentials needed for all sorts of games, be it tabletop or card games!



Store manager was pretty cool, allowed me and a friend to play a game of Warhammer 40k (even took photos of the game, swell guys!) but I suppose what has impressed me is their knowledge and awesomeness, as well as the atmosphere - which was pretty cool... Service was pretty good too, I might add!



I'd highly recommend Manaleak .com to all sorts of people, even if it’s just a catch up with some friends or (in my case!) battling over tabletop supremacy!!!

Amazing service, stuff arrives fast and with all sorts of extras. If there is a problem the staff are fast to react and are very helpful

Amazing service!! Every time they make a little mistake on my order they remember, apologise, and make up for it. I was particularly happy to receive my 2 Crucible of Fires a week or so after they refunded me because they were out of stock. When I was sent a wrong card they sent me the one I originally ordered in foil to make up for it. Thank you mana leak!

I've had several orders now from this site and this is a full review of the orders, I've had issue with other senders coming to Northern Ireland this has been the least hassle I've had, they have an extensive collection of different types of Table top games and related content.



They update their stock regularly and will take restock requests which have been really quick and the staff are very helpful in letting you know when requested stock has come in, the pricing is very fair and competitive even with other sales and special offers.



The quality of orders received were top notch, no damage and very well packaged, they also went the extra step of providing free card protectors for Foils even for commons which I must say I love and not something I've had before, plus they offer free cards with every order even if you forget to click the extras for free they still send you them.



I've had one issue with delivery which was part my fault I made several small orders in short space of time and they all came together out of all the cards I order only 1 was missing, I contacted them and within 24hours I had my response and my cards were posted with FREEBIES, the staff were top notch.



Thanks for reading my short story on why love this site and I hope to visit the store next time I'm on the mainland.
