Mandm Direct Description

Here at MandM Direct, we have 30 years of experience of trading. It all started with our 2 founders Mark Ellis and Martin Churchward (the ‘two Ms’) who joined forces in 1987 to sell big brand clearance products direct to customers.

Led by our Board of Directors, we are now one of Europe’s leading online, off price retailers we offer big brands at low prices - with over 3 million customers and 57 million website visits a year. We currently have dedicated local market websites in the UK, Germany, France and the Netherlands, in addition we dispatch to another 20 + countries worldwide.

When I have lived in London from 2008-2011, I used to buy with MandM and I got all my stuff fast without any problem. I miss you guys thank you for all.

Was worried after reading the reviews after already ordering, but have just recieved my first order with no problem at all, arrived promptly via Hermes within 2 days and am happy with the items

I've always had great customer service from MandM and their prices are difficult to beat.

But, at the weekend I placed a couple of orders and then had a problem as I hadn't been notified that my premium membership had expired so I paid postage and didn't get the free returns that go along with that membership.

I emailed customer services to that effect. Within ten minutes I had a note of apology, a refund of my postage costs, free return labels and details on how to renew my membership.

Excellent customer service!

I have ordered 3 times till now and never had any kind of problem.The only issue is that if you have to send them back a product you have to pay the delivery by yourself

Got my first order delivered today was worried at first because i placed an order over £100 then read the reviews but it came today no problems all items are there and dpd kept me updated one time of delivery will definitely order again soon 5*

It arrived today, excellent quality, very impressed with everything-and a 70% saving on the order.

Brill service fast delivery and it's tracked to let you know when arriving. Order didn't fit sent back and was returned. I got email to say they had received it and would resend. Would recommend brill service ☆

The quality of finish of the items is generally poor. It seems like somehow the good are incorrect or have faulty standards. Guess you often get what you pay for. My advice stick to very simple items.

Bit dissapointed after using this service a few times been ok but last order was sent and I am informed that it was left in garden under bench .

This must be the worst delivery system I have ever encountered.

I have contacted m and m and explained order not received only to be informed after they obviously have checked that it supposedly was left in my garden I am still left empty handed and now I'm being made to feel as if I'm lying and I'm under suspicion of telling lies.

Seemingly the response is I now have to wait a further period of time for them to send out a declaration form of non receipt of goods before they can refund or Resend my order that I am still waiting on .

If this is the way you treat customers then I suggest you rethink ??

I may suggest you use a more reputable delivery system and if no one is present on delivery date then leave with s neighbour or reschedule another delivery day as leaving customers empty handed and passing blame and doubt on them is unacceptable I will update when I have resolution I hope it's a good ending but having to wait is not good

Would have given 0 stars if it had let me. Ordered some clothes for my holiday was told by Hermes it had been delivered and left securely in the porch, I don't have a porch I live in a flat. Both delivery company and m&m extremely unhelpful and said it will take 4 days to investigate. What is there to investigate?! It wasn't delivered ......... Absolute joke�

Thieves, scammers and cheap shite items. Another plastic manufacturers which will take every penny of you, and then when you see them and gets wrong... "we will reimburse if the angels are pink"... Fucking scams!!!

Spent over £100+ pounds on few items which were to big on arrival. Posted them back the same day they were delivered with the “purchased” Hermes returns label. That was on the 13th July. Parcel is still not returned. I contacted Hermes who said it was returned on the 16th July but M&M direct saying it is still being returned. Latest response from Terri customer service advisor is I have to give it 14days now. Previous advisors have asked I get back in touch if it is not delivered within 7 days. The website says 7 days now I am told 14 days. Poor customer service after the item is purchased.

Ordered two pairs of Lee Cooper jeans. Stiching falling apart on one pair after wearing 5/6 times. Went to wear 2nd pair for 1st time and zip is stuck solid. Stiching doesn't look up to much on these either. I'd hazard a guess they are factory seconds or fakes (maybe completely wrong) as they are not a patch on my other Lee Cooper jeans. Won't bother ordering anything else.

Ordered 6 pairs of shoes for my wedding and only 5 turned up with one of the items crossed out on the delivery note. Contacted customer service who didn’t know an item was missing and hadn’t refunded the item either. Offered no solution other than a refund for 1 pair. Avoid if buying multiple items seems it’s more pot luck than anything!

I ordered presents for my kid's birthday, 6.april and still didn't get it. I sent an email to your customer service and i got automatic answer that no charges has been made because you don't accept payments for croatia. But money is taken from my account and it is sent to yours, and my kid did'n get the preasent. Shame of you!

I bought the shoes from them.After two weeks I can not wear them any more,they are falling apart.I emailed customer service three days ago and sent them the pictures of the product..No respond.

Bought a pair of shoes for my son. They arrived next day as I paid extra. The box said size 11. Shoes were size 9 we were promised a replacement next day but a week later have had nothing. Not only let us down but no refund. £75 out of pocket�

All goods I received were seconds. Some had labels / stickers on showing fault with arrow. Why send goods with holes. 12 emails & 21 days to get refund. Stay away from this site. Poor service. Would put -5 score if I could. Again don’t chance it on the face value of the prices quoted. Half order was not available after! Paying.
