Size too small seven if i wear 32 so need to send it back. Unfortunately if you buying from .ie website you still have to post to UK which is very expensive. Pair of jeans 9€ to post. Not very happy with that.

bad experience returning trainers to m and m direct. expensive to return items to uk so standard post used instead of registered post ,,,, m and m say they never received them back ,,,, the post office unable to trace them,,,,so not only have I paid for trainers that I don't have!!!!!! I paid for the postage to return them !!!!!! M &M direct ye should have a traceable courier service for deliveries, like reputable companies such as littlewoods and asos do, and not having customers feeling "burnt " by your current practice .completely unacceptable none of us have money to throw away we all work hard for it !!!!!!

Ridiculous that they don’t have a cheaper return option in place cost me 33 euro to return 2 different pairs of shoes. Will never buy from here again! Beware anyone who is buying especially heavier items they are very expensive to return.

I ordered a pair of boots off mandmdirect. My order was accepted. A couple of days later I received an email saying sorry that my order couldn't be fulfilled as the boots were now out of stock. At the time I placed the order the boots were in stock. This is extremely unsatisfactory. Why was I led to believe that the boots were available if this wasn't the case? I will not be ordering anything else from this site and obviously wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I ordered a pair of Adidas "Gazelle " runners and they looked fake when they came and I believe they were fake as I have a pair already bought somewhere else and they are good quality unlike the ones I got from you

I have had a bad experience with M&M direct. I bought a pair of shoes and they did not fit correctly (despite picking up my usual size and checking the size charts on site) I went to return only to find this was not a free service at the post office the shoes cost 9€ to return in order to get a refund. I will avoid shopping here in future as I think free returns is a must in today's e-commerce world (especially when you can't try before you buy in store!).

I have had a bad experience with M&M direct. I bought a asics t-shirt which is faulty and shorts which are too small for me, I checked size guide, that's my usual size(probably Chinese version) I contact customer services through email first, didn't get answer after a week, than I contact them straight in facebook group, they told me try to write another email, what I did after and I still didn't get any answer from them. I will avoid shopping here in future.

I bought a pair of Adidas gazelle trainers and I have never seen such poor quality I don't know it they are fakes or seconds but either way we should be made aware before we part with our hard earned cash. I will be returning them as soon as I can. I took pics but unfortunately I cant post them here it's safe to say I'll never use this site again. The trainers were only around €20 cheaper than in the shops and it will probably cost me near enough that to return them.
