Went to manic mechanics for my mot as I was waiting I felt welcomed and the lovely woman behind the desk (forgot her name sorry) made me a nice coffee as I waited, it unfortunately failed on brakes but they fitted them the very next morning and passed it, can't fault them there very friendly and very good would deffo recommend

Well, what can I say, you search with trepidation, a garage that can serve every need, that doesn’t pull the wool over your eyes, doesn’t try to empty your bank account with bogus jobs that need doing.

Meet, the real deal, customer service, par excellence. Friendly people, a service to be proud of and I will recommend this garage to all and sundry, this is the only garage, in my eyes, to take your vehicle.

They serve great coffee too, for the waiting customer.

Thought I would try these guys for my annual MOT and service and have to say that I was really happy with the service I got. I was informed of my car's issues from the MOT and given a good price for the MOT, service and repairs. This was also done quickly and the staff were helpful too when I rang for updates on my car. I would definitely recommend manic mechanics for MOTs and services. Thanks team

Thank you as always for sorting out my car (running it without oil!). I have been ripped off so many times by garages who just see ££££ when a woman walks in. I've been coming to you for about 4 years now, and you are the most honest, best priced and most fantastic mechanics I have ever come across. I would recommend you to anyone!

If you need any work done on your car - go to Manic Mechanics they are by far the best garage i have been to. Everyone is always extremely helpful. I have been ripped off by garages in the past, but i have no such worries here... everyone is always ready to help and give advice as needed and they never, ever rip me off. We now take my car, my sons and my parents cars here and wouldn't contemplate going anywhere else! 5 stars isn't enough to recommend these guys! Thanks all :-)

If I could give more stars I would! After my car was stuck at one garage for just over a week (easter hols didn't help) with little communication or progress I moved it to MM. Within a very short time they got back to me advised the problems & solutions and I'm now so pleased to be finally back on the road after all the repairs & in a shiny clean car. So glad for the recommendation I was given to use this garage. Thank you All. Great customer service. Ps see you for MOT in a few weeks time!

I am a very specific and annoying customer, I have kept 1990s golfs and currently have a 17 plate, equally on both vehicles manic mechanics have always helped me out and done their best to ensure I was happy.

Had a recurring problem with my engine management light and fair play Manic Mechanics have been great. They have persevered despite it being a difficult problem to solve. Their customer service is first rate and they ensured I did not have to cancel my birthday weekend away by providing me with a courtesy car. The work was also reasonably priced. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Full marks.

First time using Manic Mechanics today and very pleased with the service and work that was completed. As soon as I arrived in the morning, I could see that they really are Manic Mechanics with the line of cars out through the gates and I know why after today. Left my vehicle with them and had a phonecall later on the day to let me know what was needed. Unlike most garages that tell you need something doing even if you don't really need it doing, Manic were honest and gave me two options, either put up with the squeak from the brakes as nothing physically wrong with them or have them all stripped down and greased as they were dirty, brilliant! Thanks guys, keep up the excellent work! I'll be back.

First time using MM today. I've followed them on FB for a while and seen many good reviews so when I decided to get my air-con regassed, it seemed like a good time to give Manic Mechanics a shot.

From the first time the phone was answered, to leaving the premises after the job was done, the service was great. Professional, friendly and good value for money.

First time using MM today after needing to find a new garage for my services and MOT since moving up to Newport. Great customer service from Brett who got back to a few initial queries on email, out of hours really quickly! Loving that they're fully embracing the 21st century with online bookings, Facebook messenger for queries and WiFi (if you need it while you're there)! Polite, efficient and friendly team there and will certainly be using them again.

Excellent work as ever on my service - lots of good advice on a few advisories to keep an eye on too. Always nice to have a mechanic that is straight forward, efficient and never any trouble - cheers guys.

Cannot thank these guys enough! My engine management light was on and my car was shaking each time I'd drive it! I use my car every day for work so needed it fixed! I contacted my main dealer to try and get them to help, they weren't interested, these guys fitted me in the next morning and within 2 hours I had a new part fitted and I was driving away with a fixed car! Would recommend to anyone! Thank you so much! :)

Amazing service from these guys once again. My Audi had an issue dropped it in first thing and gave me a courtesy car so I can still get to work! Can’t recommend them enough! �
