Good Morning Friday 😁 Well with a half day in the office today and a weekend heading down to Breen to the Vanwest Festival this afternoon , I have been up and at my desk from half 6 and although I have my dancing feet at the ready for the weekend this is also my current motion in the office whilst I sit and submit applications through to lenders 😂🕺 so I certainly have that Friday feeling today !! Well from one headache or stress this afternoon, annoying hold music, awkward case submissions and unable to get answers when needed for clients this sign has certainly been in motion today 🙈🙈 that said I've sat and battled all day and night and now officially shutting down for the evening but have ended on positives with perserverance and cases in places I needed them to be, work loads in orders, documents in files and thankfully all updates processed to clients 😴 and on that note systems are off and I'm ready for my bed !! #GoodnightFolks #ThatsAWrap

Good Luck to my TIME Mortgage Experts Colleagues today all doing the 34mile Sandstone Trail Hike in 1 sitting and all for a great cause aswell ' Hounds for Heroes ' whos charity helps train pooches to then go to help our wounded and disabled Army Heroes who need aid and assistance from injuries and loss of limbs from serving and protecting us 👌👌💪💪 Well Done Karen Lee for organising it and sorry I couldn't be there to join in ❤️❤️ #GoodLuckGuys

*** MORTGAGE SYSTEMS DOWN *** Well the sun is out on this Good Friday but this week's technical issues sadly appear to be at Villers Towers earlier in the week we noticed the phone lines down and we are still awaiting an engineer to come out but looking like mid next week now given Easter Wkend and now our mortgage systems are also down so we have access to emails but our M.A.B Midas Pro is out of action so at present we can't access any client cases, were unsure if they will return so at present guys we are chasing updates for lenders who are open, processing case and uploaded docs to our lender cases but may be having an earlier Friday than planned but we will keep you all updated on your cases regardless 👍👍#HappyEaster #MortgageLife✍️✍️✍️

Well today sees this little lady gracing our presence at Villers Towers 😁😁 Little Isabella Bunce has been doing us some pictures for our boards and doing maths quiz's on her big day out at work experience with us and she's even created her very own name tag ' Izzy Bunce - Boss Lady ' 😂😂 and so with her very own desk set up at the back of me she's currently chewing on an orange and we have Monsters Inc on the TV and as long as she hits her targets this morn we are popping the fair at lunch time 💪💪 #NeiceAtWorkDay #TrainThemEarly #SheLovesHerNameTag😂 #MortgageLife✍️✍️✍️

Well this time last wk my friends and clients Mike & Margo Lamkin was completing and collecting their keys and moving into their first new home ❤️ me and Mike have been good pals for over 10years now, from gym buddies, to drinking buddies sharing many a good time and laugh and then eventually I watched him find Margo and fall in love, settle down and get married and become a family #Arghhhh and now me and Becci Villers have helped them become home owners to enjoy the next cha...pter of their life and create more memories 😁 and the guys have bought us a little Thank You gift and completed our customer survey form ✍️✍️ and we just want to say Congratulations and Thank You for the gifts 👌👌 Bec will enjoy the flowers and prosecco and myself the coronas 🍻 What a great ending to a week after a hard productive week in the office #HappyFridays #HappyClients=HappyBroker #MortgageLife

Delivering a selfless act.....Every morning this Old Boy wonders down our road and delivers a paper to the 2 Elderly Ladies that live across the way from us and no matter what the weather come rain or shine when I'm up I see him and it's quite a lovely gesture as although these ladies have a car on their drive we see them have be assisted in and out of their home and they get taxis to and from the shops yet every morn without fail this Gent heads to the local shop up the road... from us, obviously for himself, but takes time to slowly walk down to their house and pops them a paper through the door ❤️ it's nice to be nice and help others in a selfless manner so here's to you Sir, I don't know your name but I salute you and your kindness 👌 and today at somepoint when I'm out on my journeys to see clients I too will try and do something selfless that may just for a few seconds help someone else out or just provide a smile to someone 👍 #TheWorldNeedsMoreKindness #MarkVillersMortgageAdvisorToFollowInHisF ootSteps #BeKinder #ToBeInspired
