Marshmaint Property Maintenance And Handyman Services

Was recently asked to quote on various jobs at Tamworth Boxing Club, happy to say my quote was agreed and the first stage of work has been done. Manager there has said he will use Marshmaint for all building maintenance from now on.

Been busy over the last two days painting a fence, being very careful not to drop any paint as the garden is immaculate.

Following on from the work I recently did laying a path and building a dwarf wall, the next stage for this garden was to remove the lawn with a turf cutter, take up the old slabs, level the ground, install landscaping fabric and cover with some rather attractive stones. I also laid some stepping stones. Garden is now all ready for summer☀️

Just completed a four day project replacing some cracked/uneven slabs, and laying a garden path up to and over a dwarf wall which I built.

Fitted some laminate flooring and edge trims today.

Latest task was to construct a base for a greenhouse, I had previously taken down and disposed of an old shed. Before during and after pictures.

Had two days last week wallpapering and painting a bedroom, part of the job was boxing in the top part of the stairway which intruded into the room.

Today I made the most of the nice weather and erected a garden fence and gate, to contain the family dog to the patio area.

Fitted two garden gates yesterday to provide better privacy and security, and to keep the families dog in the back garden. Already been given some extra jobs and referrals which is always good.

Today I extended a patio on a new build house to make it big enough for a table and chairs. Job was made more difficult as the garden was sloping so I laid some edging stones to keep it all level.

I did some work earlier in the year for a customer who asked me to return and fit 5 new internal doors, including handles, hinges, latches and a lock on the bathroom door. Always good to get repeat business 👍

Was recently asked to build some shelving in a walk in wardrobe, along with some other smaller jobs like fitting a door handle and fixing a loose radiator. Picture of the shelving/hanging rails below.

Did a front and rear garden tidy today in preparation for the house to be put up for sale. Also cleaned the conservatory roof/sides/guttering and took some rubbish away.

I've also been putting my van to good use, moving items of furniture and removing junk. Please bear me in mind if you need anything moving or collecting👍

This bedroom was wallpapered with Frozen themed paper for the customers daughter. Son's room is already booked in for January.

Been doing more indoor work of late, this bedroom had lining paper hung on the walls, plus the ceiling and woodwork painted.

Latest project for Marshmaint was a weeks landscaping job working on a front and rear garden. Before and after pictures......

Recently did some work for a lady who wanted some old decking removed and turf/slabs laid in its place. Also did a few extra jobs for her, re potting some plants and fitting window boxes.
