My sisters and I met for breakfast here this morning, and had a lovely time. Great food and drinks and really helpful and attentive staff. It was my first time here, although my sisters visit regularly, and I shall definitely be visiting again.

I visit a few times a week with my father who has dementia. The staff are always friendly and have time to chat to him which is not always easy. Nothing is too much trouble and he looks forward to his bowl of ice cream.

I love this gem of a place! I visit pretty much every day. The staff are so polite and friendly. I love how dog friendly it is, I can walk up to the window and order my drink! Red Velvet cake is divine!!! Fantastic place!!!!!

Fabulous place! Staff couldn't have been more accommodating and the food was excellent. Thank you so much for catering for gluten free - particularly the gf chocolate fudge cake! Not tried it yet but amazing choice given this is an independent business . Puts some of the larger chains to shame on quality, choice and price.

Been here on numerous occasions now and have to say the service has always been excellent. Service is fast and reliable, any request made is greeted with a ' no problem' attitude - it seems nothing is too much for the outgoing, friendly, helpful staff. I would recommend that anyone taking a stroll in the park gives themself half an hour to sit and enjoy a relaxing coffee.

We visit Mary Stevens a couple of times a week walking the dogs, we always stop for a coffee or breakfast. The service is very good and also quick. There is a varied menu and the food is always fresh and hot.

What could be any better breakfast or lunch in the sunshine.

I would love to rate this place higher, It is a beautiful setting with good quality refreshments but the price is just way over the top. This is in a Stourbridge peoples park not Mayfair London.

Have not been here for a few months and a friend and I, after our usual walk around the beautiful park, popped in for coffee. It's a lovely cafe, very pleasant outside seating in lovely garden setting and the service was much improved. Pleasant, organised and smartly dressed staff and coffee was delicious.

Excellent staff and service. The menu needs reviewing as the veggie breakfast works out more expensive than a normal breakfast for less items. I won't be returning unless this changes as I don't like being penalised for being vegetarian.

Why is everyone shouting at each other this morning? Far too loud inside... and it's wet outside. How do the staff cope with this level of noise? Coffee ace, as always.

Over price drinks and snacks and very unhygienic having sugar cubes in a jar for grubby hands to help themselves.

And having glass milk bottles on the tables for order numbers is dangerous it only takes a child to knock it over and try to pick it up disaster waiting to happen.

I don't think il be coming in again I'll bring a flask next time.

Lovely location, lovely clean cafe, food is wholesome if not a little on the expensive side. However, if you do want to take away food and have limited lunch time PLEASE make sure you ask how long the wait will be as I have just wasted ALOT of time waiting for my wrap, which came out wrong, the staff were lovely and apologised but I then had yet another wait for the mistake to be rectified....a drink or something to compensate would have been appreciated specially as it was not stated the length of time I had to wait for my food

I don't do hot drinks so tend to opt for a milkshake. In the past they have been ok however I had one in Sunday and it was really poor. To be fair it was just milk with vanilla flavouring! Certainly not a Milk shake. To make matters worse it appeared the take out plastic cup was much smaller than I'd had in the past.

Summary, very poor excuse for a milkshake and for the price not much content either.

Come on guys for over £3 a serving you can do much better im sure.

I've just been into this coffee shop for my third time, and I was disgusted at the lack of prices on items, first of all a tiny little bottle half the size of a regular bottle of Childrens flavoured water was 1.25 which I refused to pay, then a packet of yo yo's cost 1.15 it does not cost much more for a whole box of these at the supermarket!! And 2.75 for a tiny slice of cake plus 1.65 for a toasted tea cake, which costs more than marks and spencer cafe at 1.50 disgusting prices plus no prices on lots of stuff won't be going here again as this is the third time I've been to the park one and it's been rotten service, and overpriced every time. Staff are miserable and unhelpful as well. Massively Overrated coffee shop and Greedy owners.

I would like to give -5 why your smoothie is just ice and concentrate juice? Terrible :( smoothie, as name is saying: must be maked from fruits .

Oful.. change it please, it would be great to drink real smoothie while sunny day.

Have visited many times in the past but yesterday after being informed of a 20-25 minute wait for food, was left waiting with our 2 young children for 45 minutes, we then chased up our order and said we need this in the next 5 minutes due to our toddler becoming very agitated and hungry, a further 10 minutes later nobody got back to us and we then had to be refunded and go elsewhere, maybe try training your staff not to wish to clear our table while we are still awaiting food, another family had well over an hour wait and also had to get a refund, shocking service yesterday, really puts us off visiting the park in the future.

Came today for my birthday and always love the pancakes here. However my mum had the veggie sausage which came out uncooked, sent them back and they came back still only party brown mainly pale still and hence she couldn't eat them, and the ban-marie mushrooms weren't much better with the breakfast. We told the waiter twice and the waitress a further time and they said they would speak to the supervisor/manager. We waited a further 20 minutes to receive an apology or anything however after these three complaints no one still came out. We won't be returning as we have both said we have never received such poor customer service, lack of any smiles or any help over the past few years whilst regularly dining out. We are not ones to complain but this today was unacceptable.

What a little gem!!! Lovely place, lovely staff and lovely food in a beautiful setting. What's not to love? And finally, another choice to soya!!! Iced coffee with coconut... Delish!!! Got a loyalty card stamped, looking forward to filling it!!!

My sisters and I met for breakfast here this morning, and had a lovely time. Great food and drinks and really helpful and attentive staff. It was my first time here, although my sisters visit regularly, and I shall definitely be visiting again.

I visit a few times a week with my father who has dementia. The staff are always friendly and have time to chat to him which is not always easy. Nothing is too much trouble and he looks forward to his bowl of ice cream.

I love this gem of a place! I visit pretty much every day. The staff are so polite and friendly. I love how dog friendly it is, I can walk up to the window and order my drink! Red Velvet cake is divine!!! Fantastic place!!!!!

Fabulous place! Staff couldn't have been more accommodating and the food was excellent. Thank you so much for catering for gluten free - particularly the gf chocolate fudge cake! Not tried it yet but amazing choice given this is an independent business . Puts some of the larger chains to shame on quality, choice and price.

Been here on numerous occasions now and have to say the service has always been excellent. Service is fast and reliable, any request made is greeted with a ' no problem' attitude - it seems nothing is too much for the outgoing, friendly, helpful staff. I would recommend that anyone taking a stroll in the park gives themself half an hour to sit and enjoy a relaxing coffee.

We visit Mary Stevens a couple of times a week walking the dogs, we always stop for a coffee or breakfast. The service is very good and also quick. There is a varied menu and the food is always fresh and hot.

What could be any better breakfast or lunch in the sunshine.

I would love to rate this place higher, It is a beautiful setting with good quality refreshments but the price is just way over the top. This is in a Stourbridge peoples park not Mayfair London.

Have not been here for a few months and a friend and I, after our usual walk around the beautiful park, popped in for coffee. It's a lovely cafe, very pleasant outside seating in lovely garden setting and the service was much improved. Pleasant, organised and smartly dressed staff and coffee was delicious.

Excellent staff and service. The menu needs reviewing as the veggie breakfast works out more expensive than a normal breakfast for less items. I won't be returning unless this changes as I don't like being penalised for being vegetarian.

Why is everyone shouting at each other this morning? Far too loud inside... and it's wet outside. How do the staff cope with this level of noise? Coffee ace, as always.

Over price drinks and snacks and very unhygienic having sugar cubes in a jar for grubby hands to help themselves.

And having glass milk bottles on the tables for order numbers is dangerous it only takes a child to knock it over and try to pick it up disaster waiting to happen.

I don't think il be coming in again I'll bring a flask next time.

Normally like this cafe but I messaged to ask about the availability of vegan options 3 days ago and haven't received any response. Lame customer service!

Lovely location, lovely clean cafe, food is wholesome if not a little on the expensive side. However, if you do want to take away food and have limited lunch time PLEASE make sure you ask how long the wait will be as I have just wasted ALOT of time waiting for my wrap, which came out wrong, the staff were lovely and apologised but I then had yet another wait for the mistake to be rectified....a drink or something to compensate would have been appreciated specially as it was not stated the length of time I had to wait for my food

I don't do hot drinks so tend to opt for a milkshake. In the past they have been ok however I had one in Sunday and it was really poor. To be fair it was just milk with vanilla flavouring! Certainly not a Milk shake. To make matters worse it appeared the take out plastic cup was much smaller than I'd had in the past.

Summary, very poor excuse for a milkshake and for the price not much content either.

Come on guys for over £3 a serving you can do much better im sure.

Not sure I'll be buying another from the park cafe anytime soon.

I've just been into this coffee shop for my third time, and I was disgusted at the lack of prices on items, first of all a tiny little bottle half the size of a regular bottle of Childrens flavoured water was 1.25 which I refused to pay, then a packet of yo yo's cost 1.15 it does not cost much more for a whole box of these at the supermarket!! And 2.75 for a tiny slice of cake plus 1.65 for a toasted tea cake, which costs more than marks and spencer cafe at 1.50 disgusting prices plus no prices on lots of stuff won't be going here again as this is the third time I've been to the park one and it's been rotten service, and overpriced every time. Staff are miserable and unhelpful as well. Massively Overrated coffee shop and Greedy owners.

I would like to give -5 why your smoothie is just ice and concentrate juice? Terrible :( smoothie, as name is saying: must be maked from fruits .

Oful.. change it please, it would be great to drink real smoothie while sunny day.

Unfortunately I had to change and gave one star only, cause ignoring customer, while I'm telling about mine objection.

Of course I will change mine opinion, when you will treat customer .

Have visited many times in the past but yesterday after being informed of a 20-25 minute wait for food, was left waiting with our 2 young children for 45 minutes, we then chased up our order and said we need this in the next 5 minutes due to our toddler becoming very agitated and hungry, a further 10 minutes later nobody got back to us and we then had to be refunded and go elsewhere, maybe try training your staff not to wish to clear our table while we are still awaiting food, another family had well over an hour wait and also had to get a refund, shocking service yesterday, really puts us off visiting the park in the future.

Came today for my birthday and always love the pancakes here. However my mum had the veggie sausage which came out uncooked, sent them back and they came back still only party brown mainly pale still and hence she couldn't eat them, and the ban-marie mushrooms weren't much better with the breakfast. We told the waiter twice and the waitress a further time and they said they would speak to the supervisor/manager. We waited a further 20 minutes to receive an apology or anything however after these three complaints no one still came out. We won't be returning as we have both said we have never received such poor customer service, lack of any smiles or any help over the past few years whilst regularly dining out. We are not ones to complain but this today was unacceptable.
