When we turned up at Masala Jacks it was very busy but we got a warm welcome and it was really nice that we were constantly being updated in regard to our table. The staff were ever so apologetic. When we got our table, the food was served with speed. Excellent food and excellent customer service. ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

We went there for my nephews 10th birthday party, upon arriving the waiter greeted us pleasantly and we shown to our table which they had prepared beforehand with all the balloons and party banners. Service was superb and prompt, food was absolutely scrumptious. And to top it all off they bought my nephews chicken steak out with a candle on it which truly made the young chap feel special. Thank you Masala Jacks we will defianatly be coming back.

Was visiting Coventry for a weekend away for my birthday and decided to eat out, my partner saw this restaurant online, so we gave it a try, absolutely fantastic, the staff couldn't be anymore helpful, they explained every dish we asked about and also helped us decide how spicy we wanted food, the lamb bhuna is to die for, thank you for a fantastic night, you made us feel so welcome, only downside is that everything looks so fantastic, we ordered way too much, but again staff was fantastic and they boxed up what we didn't eat so we could take it back to hotel, thankyou to all the staff for a perfect night, guess where we are going for my partners birthday in march, see you soon guys, thanks again

Visited following the rugby league internationals at the recommendation of our taxi driver. We weren't disappointed.

Professional and yet still friendly service, great tasty food and very reasonably priced.

Small and cosy. Feels very much like eating at home. Great service and good banter with the waiters.

Do a mean curry which off course is essential but if you fancy something a little less Indian you can go for a "nandos" like chicken plate. Spot on. Ask for a little more spice and you won't be disappointed. Also bring your drink so you can't be ripped off.

Akbars for show but you want a top fair priced munch then you know where to go!!!!

My wife and I regularly visit Masala Jacks, as do our wider group of friends.



Masala Jack's food is genuinely second to none. Whether you order curry or food from the grill, you will be hugely impressed.



The opening hours are also a plus and we always receive a very warm welcome.



Their lamb jalfrazi is the best I have ever tasted (I have sampled it in many other restaurants across the country).



I would advise anyone looking for a Friday/Saturday early evening reservation to book in advance, demand is high and rightly so.



To sum up, it is excellent value for money, the food is unrivalled and the staff are fantastic. Anything below a 5* rating would be an insult.



We would like to thank all of your staff. I'm certain we will be back again before the week comes to an end.

I must admit being Asian I've was taken back had to ask management if I could take a look at the kitchen. reason being the food was so good it tasted just like mums cooking was truly a great meal would recommend top service top food 👌👌👌

First time I've been here and it's defiantly not the last. From the level of service to the food standard, I'm so pleased with what was delivered to myself. When the waiter goes above and beyond to making sure I was satisfied with the food to finding out if there was any plain chocolate, that's the sort of service I adore. Thank you so much for a lovely meal and the service provided.

Exceptional food and an even better service!

The decor and the address may be somewhat lacking, but the energy and the food is great! Service is generally good, but this is not a fast food outlet, so don't expect your food 20 minutes after you have ordered. I love the lamb curry, but all the dishes are tasty and the portions generous. Parking can be an issue, but the food is worth the hassle.

We order from here all the time and get food delivered and it's second to none...... But unfortunately not the same experience eating in the restaurant..... My daughters decided to take me for my birthday and booked a table, as soon as we arrived they were at the table wanting our orders for mains as they had double booked the table and we needed to be out as quick as possible. No call was made to warn us about this so we could of possibly rearranged. The whole meal felt rushed and uninviting and we left not wanting to go back.... A special birthday treat ruined. Not as accommodating as my daughters had said the staff were on previous visits. Not sure I would use or recommend again.
