They have really good stuff at such a low price. I hope they extend the sale for few more days because I am in hospital and i wont be able to go.

Love shopping here, was here yesterday and picked up loads of clothes at bargain prices

I find the staff lovely, and the bargains are second to none.

Had some great bargains! Have seen some people pick up a whole rail of them though obviously selling them on.

Also seen lots of ladies leaving their handbags on their trolleys distracted by the bargains.

But my daughter and I love coming there, always a bargain to be found.

Got myself loads of bargains today! Very happy! - Lost my bag in there today whilst trying on items which inside had a lot of money's worth. Thank you so much to the lady who worked there who was extremely quick on her toes and picked it up to put it away safe! If it wasn't for her, I may not have got it back! - Also fab customer service at the checkouts! - Can't ask for more!

Always good bargains to be had on clothes and homewares, good range of sizes too �

Like matalan clearance ,don't like that you can't try things on ,and if you take back can't get money back only vouchers .

Didn't like no changing rooms!! Reasonable prices items tho ...

Always love shopping at this store, but paid a visit whilst the sales were on and found it a little annoying how the changing rooms were closed. Me and my mum intended on buying a lot more, but without trying things on, whatever the shop i'm reluctant to buy. It would be helpful if these changing rooms were manned like they used to be.

Wish I checked on here for opening times as website says 8.30 and I been sat here for 30 mins waiting for shop to open

Very bad customer service in matalan newport. Took the top for refund instead of friendly service was told they have never seen that top in their store when clearly the store tag was on the top and also said the store has not sold that top in last 5 weeks by two of the managers. I also informed them that they have got the same top in the store but did not bother to check it, instead kept on saying there is nothing they can do. Absolutely disgusted by the service. Told all my friends n family about my experience, dont think they will be visiting the shop anytime soon.

My little girl of 2 needed the toilet and my partner asked if it was ok to use the toilet and the staff member said no it was not a nice thing to do and that member of staff need more training all other times i have shop here there has been no issues but i had to say this as u know as a store customer care is inportant
