An absolute amazing result in Stafford Crown Court in relation to serious drugs and driving offences. Eloquent submissions made by Defence counsel Mr Williams in mitigation. Great preparation by our Mr Khan & Mr Yakoob whom the prosecution agreed with in relation to the weaknesses in their case, and discontinued the drugs matters. All in all client receives 6 months imprisonment of which was served on an electronically monitored curfew, bar 1 day which he is to serve today in... custody. Tomorrow, the client will be re-united with his family. Not a bad result bearing in mind the client was originally facing upto 5 years imprisonment.
