McCormack Training has a true connection to the South West of England and the beautiful county of Devon. EDF Electric Head Office is based in Exeter and is one of McCormack Training's many customers.... Yeoford is a small village north of Exeter and has a great community spirit. In 2008 a group of local villagers started a beer festival to raise money for their Village Hall, which was literally falling down. Through their determination and hard work they managed to raise money and with the help of lottery funding, a brand new Village Hall was built which opened in 2014. It is now more than a Village Hall it is a true Community Centre. The hall is being used by more and more people, and they now have regular fitness and pilates to add to the regular daytime groups. The hall offers a smaller meeting room in addition to the main space, a fully equipped kitchen, home and away sports changing rooms, toilet facilities and a car park. The Beer Festivals are a great success and still are an annual event with beer lovers travelling far and wide to support the community and a great cause. The festival proceeds will continue to support the maintenance and running of the new Village Hall for generations to come. McCormack Training was one of the proud sponsors supporting this great community event. Also as McCormack Training is based Birmingham it seemed fitting to also sponsor "Stout Brummie" a beer brewed by The Birmingham Brewing Company. This years Yeoford Beer festival raised over £3000.
