Thank you so much for the excellent funeral service you gave us at the saddest time of our lives,words cannot express how sad we were that our beautiful wife and mother Josephine Potts passed away so suddenly. From start to finish you treated her with respect and compassion and for us that was truly appreciated. I cant speak highly enough of Diane and Thomas and would definitely recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in the unfortunate situation of planning a funeral for their loved ones.You will not get better service anywhere else true professionals There were many things too many to mention that went above and beyond our expectations the walking out of her street in front of the cars and then again at the crematorium .Thank you for reccommending vicar Les Doughty he was brilliant Thank you once again from Bill Potts,Dave Potts Tony Potts,Debbie Broome, Wendy Ellis and Jenny Skitt and families
