To all my lovely clients and followers as you are aware Me Time is closed due to government isolation However I just wanted to keep you all updated and make you aware that on Sunday I was in an accident which has resulted in me having a broken leg and ankle I’m hoping to be able to offer you all the same wonderful treatments as before as soon as the Coronavirus crisis is over
I will keep you all updated on progress and will be back to doing videos and posts shortly

Cleansing your skin in the morning
I just wanted to show you how important it is to cleanse your skin in the morning even when you have cleansed at night
Our skin still collects dirt and bacteria even when we are sleeping
... It’s essential to cleanse morning and night removing dead cells and excess oil that is produced to prevent pores from clogging
Despite where no make up for over 5 days now this is what was removed from my face using essential Micellar face and eye make up remover this morning

Just wanted to share my skin after last nights routine
As you can see I’m getting a tiny little bit of a break out Which is quite normal as despite having a general routine there will still be congestion under my skin and that is now working it way out
... It’s important not to worry when changing your skin care routine about break outs when products work correctly they will bring the bad out to get your skin functioning correctly

During this isolation period my aim is not only to improve my own skin but yours as well
Since I was 14 yrs old I have worn make up practically every day, maybe not on the odd Sunday 🧐
... In this isolation I’m going to go make up free keep up my daily cleansing routine but add in my own home facials this is something I don’t usually have time for
I have plenty of that now ( not how I expected my wish to come true, I must have a talk to that 🧞‍♀️ genie)
