What a fantastic achievement for the team, we are VERY proud! Here’s to the next round...

Did you know all of our fish comes from sustainable sources?
To ensure a minimal damage to the environment and the highest quality of food, we only buy our fish from MSC certified sources!
Did you know we also fillet the large cod in-house? ... We buy in 16-32oz cod so that every morning one of our highly trained members of management can fillet them. From these cuts we normally get 2 large cod (10-12oz), a fish bit cod and still have a little high quality fish left to make our homemade fish cakes! We ensure all fish is boneless and the fillets are to the highest quality possible.
