Top top skip service. Using on a weekly basis, skips are delivered and collected very promptly. Friendly staff, friendly drivers, great gaffer. Cannot fault this company.

Just what you would expect from skip hire, driver was friendly aswell. Will defo use again �

I'd just like to thank one of your drivers who I met this afternoon on Hardwick Lane, Studley. He was delivering a skip to a resident and I was riding past on a horse, I was reluctant to try and pass the lorry whilst there were other, less patient car drivers trying to get past and so I pulled into a farm driveway.



Your driver kindly waited to unload, turned his engine off when asked and even took the time to give my horse a little fuss and reassurance that skip lorries aren't something to be terrified of. He then went the extra mile and asked directions to avoid passing me again on the return journey as Hardwick lane is very narrow. I hope we didn't inconvenience him too much and just wanted to say, as a retired emergency services worker, that he sets a fine example of how to treat vulnerable road users considerately and safely, he is a credit to your company.

Absolutely fab service. Currently renovating a house and on my 4th skip from Mercian in 4 weeks. My skips have been changed within 24 hours of my request for a new one which is brilliant!! Absolutely brilliant service picked up and dropped off skips when I booked them. Even in the snow and ice. Thanks for being on time and helping the job run smoothly.

Very bad service I ordered a skip they send very small very rude

Rang this company as their skip had been left for over 2 months alongside a public walkway leading across a park. Not sure who ordered the skip,but presume it was someone local.Rang the company twice this week to alert them to this fact and ask them to collect it. Spoke to an extremely rude man, who when told that if it wasn’t picked up by next week I would contact council as this was on their land. He called me a stupid woman and put the phone down. I Would never book or have dealings with them after this.Totally unprofessional so beware.
