Merrick Binch Estate Agents - Sales

We used Merrick Binch to sell our property in June we were very impressed with the service we recieved from all the staff especially Nick and Dianne who kept us 100% upto date through out the whole process. I certainly couldnt say the same for the estate agent the people we brought our new house off used! It made me really appreciate how important a good estate agent is that comunicates with you through out the whole stressful process! I 100% recmmend them to anyone.

Very helpful throughout the process, helped with both the sale and purchase of new property. Were always at the end of the phone, no hassle, no pushiness, just focused on getting you the best property, at the best price, in the most efficient way. Nick not only helped with the sale, he was helpful throughout and also recommended financial advisers and solicitors which were both just as good. Would definitely uses these guys again!!!
