Many thanks to Jamie for his help this morning, he tried to talk this OAP through some steps but even though I understood it did not work. Taking printer, laptop and rooter to the shop the problem was soon sorted. He has the patience of a saint

I was very impressed with the knowledge of the guys at microplus, they explained clearly what was involved in the diagnostic and cost, keeping me informed throughout. Unfortunately my computer was not repairable, but because of the customer service received I decided to buy my next computer from them. They were able to transfer all my data & software to my new computer and because they were aware of my need to get work finished they did this the same day. Excellent service, on the doorstep and I was impressed with purchase I made. I'm no computer person, but they explained clearly without using vocabulary I didn't understand. Thanks

I think that Micro Plus do an outstanding job. They are always there if I need help with my computer if I get problems with it. I don't know where I'd be without them if I didn't have their help via Team Viewer 6 Host. They deserve a 10/10.

I came to the office to a photography course and learnt a lot. All staff were very friendly and helpful and the man who lead the session was very knowledgeable and help all attendees with problems they were having with their photography sessions. I would thoroughly recommend this company to my friends and would do business with them again in the future. Thank you.

After having problems with my iPad, I took it back to micro plus . They were fantastic & really helpful. They said that it was apple that needed to solve the problem,but that they would do all they could to help & said that it could take up to 28days.

Within 2 weeks I had a replacement - excellent , friendly service!!! This is why I always purchase things from here as they really know their stuff & will always help out if you need advice or have any problems 10/10 from me:-)

Couldn't diagnose on my friends computer a simple bios reset by taking the cmos battery out, who knows where it could have ended maybe with a new computer!
